Too many people and confusion.
Honestly, I expected better given the reviews considering that I wanted to change from where I always go, to understand the difference.
The matriciana to forget: too much sauce and bacon not at all crunchy.
The oxtail tail is very good.
Porchetta I would say failed with flying colors.
The tripe is excellent while the beans are normal.
Too confusing environment while the waitresses should know what they serve. That the couples are sheep where the blackboard menu says pork and without knowing what they are, you don't know what you expect and what you'll get.
Prices are honest and within the norm compared to other fraschette.

It was the first time I entered that place, but it certainly won't be the last. Good food in a nice place where, even though all the numerous tables were occupied, you were able to talk and converse calmly and still be able to hear each other. Good welcome from the owners, but what struck me most was the efficient service provided by the dining room staff (available, prepared and smiling) together with the kitchen staff, given the quick delivery of all the dishes despite the many customers in all the rooms. All this thanks to the two now retired brothers-in-law who recommended it to me. Excellent quality/price ratio.

Sono stato in questa fraschetta nel corso di una cena organizzata con dei miei colleghi. La proposta di antipasti è abbastanza interessante e la porchetta è sicuramente buona. Le porzioni sono abbondanti. Personalmente come primo ho preso una cacio e pepe preparata nella cosiddetta “forma”. Si tratta di un piatto davvero buono e saporito. A seguire abbiamo preso degli asssggi di arrosticini. I prezzi sono in linea con quelli delle altre fraschette. Si riesce a cenare tranquillamente con 30 euro a persona.

Tipica fraschetta con giustamente molta gente, ma non per questo ha demeritato. Anzi, servizio veloce e piatti davvero buoni ed abbondanti. I camerieri simpatici e disponibili, prezzo più che onesto e sinceramente vi consiglio di fermarvi a mangiare qualcosa se siete in zona. Merita.

I'm Roman but I live in Cologno Monzese. Every time I come down, Giorgio is an institution for me: the service is top-notch, the staff is qualified and the location is relaxing and fun at the same time. Personally I am enthusiastic and my family has always appreciated its simplicity.
