Very nice and welcoming place, with few seats outside due to the position they occupy. The guys who served us were all friendly and very quick in service. What about the food, all delicious and very special even if it reflects the culinary tradition of Lazio and the Castelli Romani! I recommend you try all their fried appetizers which are so good I didn't even take a photo! 🙃 I will definitely be back!

We book 1 week in advance, we arrive welcomed by the very kind staff. We sit down and decide to have the fried bombette as an appetizer, they tell us that it was not possible to make fried foods (on a Sunday evening...)
No problem! we continue asking for the "main dish" of the place (pistachio) and we are told that an ingredient was missing, okay...
I'm sorry but from the much publicity given to this place even the cuisine absolutely did not deserve it.

Small and welcoming place, perhaps a little Spartan.
The boy at the service is lightning and competently serves everyone.
The kitchen was fast, but there were few of us, and it was well synchronized.
The dishes are very good, inspired by the Roman tradition but with some good twists.
Income statement, within reach of all budgets.

Cozy place, super aperitif 20 euros, excellent platter.. super highly recommended, they have various aperitif formulas.. I would recommend booking for the aperitif.. also interesting for the restaurant..

Small but typical and nice place, competent staff but the biggest problem is the heat, a single fan in the room that you couldn't even hear, air conditioning off, you sweated while standing still and let's say that eating in these conditions is not the best, not even you get to enjoy your food.
The food was good but the customer's well-being needs to be taken into more consideration.

Great restaurant. It was recommended to us by a long-time Roman friend and what can I say: the journey from Rome is worth it! Even several complete strangers in Rome congratulated us on penetrating the heart of Italian culture after we mentioned our visit. I strongly recommend an extensive, multi-course visit lasting several hours! Even gluten-free suppli were quickly prepared upon request.
