We stopped at this osteria for dinner during a leisurely stroll. The setting is typical of an osteria, with nice, comfortable tables. The food didn't meet expectations, but in particular, the description of the dish on the menu didn't reflect the actual dish. I'm referring to the chicken tagliata with mashed potatoes and brown sauce: only the chicken tagliata arrived, with a side dish ordered separately; there was no sign of the mashed potatoes.
The dessert (penaccini with custard and dark chocolate) was also a bit of a disappointment.

The owners of the place are simply exceptionally kind...
The only flaw is the pizza is too thin and often arrives dry.
Also, another funny thing: I often see people at a table take long breadsticks, break them, and then put them back in the designated cup, forgetting that they're touching the entire breadstick and therefore it wouldn't be hygienic for others...

Dinner, the owner was very kind and welcoming. The food was very good. The burgers on pizza bread were truly top-notch. The only downside was the cold atmosphere; we arrived with the heater on, but it was later turned off. I recommend going.

A restaurant just off the highway, with a welcoming, helpful atmosphere and staff.
Excellent food, as were the portions.
I'll definitely return when I'm near Desenzano.

We found it by accident and were so happy ! The owner Nicola was so nice to us and even though we haven’t a reservation he made an effort and has found a table for us !
The food was amazing , the best pizza I had eaten for a long time ! We took a buffalina pizza and a plate of meat and cheese . The portions were generous and the choice of the meat and the cheese was great. The stuff is so friendly and speaks English . The vibe was so lively,a lot of young people and the gem is the location . They have free parking ,a lot of it .
