Unfortunately, we arrived at 2:30 PM and everything was already sold out, which is a good thing for them. I can't review it because I only had the meatballs. I thought they were good, though. A tip: arrive before 2:30 PM 😉

I highly recommend this place. At first glance, it might not seem appealing, but it's a true gem in the heart of Trieste. The food is delicious, the portions are really generous, and you can feel that it's cooked with love. It's a family-run restaurant with a genuinely warm and homely atmosphere. If you're wondering whether to eat here – don't think twice, just sit down and order something. One unique feature is that the menu changes daily. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal.
