We were looking for typical Salento cuisine and we found this very welcoming tavern. We asked for vegetarian options and Pierluigi enlightened us with an all-vegetarian proposal that fully satisfied our needs. Giving beyond expectations. It was all delicious, from. Raw aubergines, aubergine meatballs, panzerotti and the thing I liked most of all was the paparina. All the products were fresh and quality with flavours that stood out. Accompanied by a very good house red wine and to finish a very good homemade spumone and a casero coffee killer With fennel Homemade at Pierluigi's invitation. Very welcoming, familiar and romantic environment among the streets of Nardò, perfect for an Italian and Salento experience. I recommend it 100%. We had dinner at the Osteria da Roberto in Nardò and were very satisfied! The food is really excellent, with refined dishes and authentic flavours. The orecchiette in particular were exceptional, really worth trying! The portions are normal; perhaps slightly more abundant would have been perfect, but the quality and goodness of the dishes more than make up for it. An inn with full 5 stars, highly recommended!
