Spartan and essential environment. Some tables have been set up in the rear garden but you cannot go out as the door is one-way and has a panic bar...so if you want to go out you have to wait before being seen to...be opened! Tasteless pinsa. There is no one at the checkout...waiting here too...honest prices

An enchanting and very tasty "Pinsa Salernitana" with the addition of tomato sauce, a very light variation upon my request, to the original fior di latte, raw ham, rocket and cheese. A place with a pleasant welcome dictated by the musical warmth of the 80s, a waitress with a polite professionalism, mixed with lively and intelligent friendliness. Price more than adequate and contained for the excellent product offered. Compliments !!!

The real Roman pinsa! Light as a wad thanks to the 48/72 hour leavening. Quality ingredients. You won't have any problems digesting it. Both the amatriciana and the carbonara are excellent. I will definitely return.

First of all we go to restaurants to eat, therefor 5 star is given. The antipasti di casa for 2 was great and Pinsa - their passion - was fabulous. Service could be improved though.Waiting times have been too long and service should be a little more passionate.

Excellent pizzas I tried both pinsa romano and the new scroccherella. I recommend it if you haven't tried it here

A true pinsa institution. Pinse and scrocchiarelle made with the highest quality ingredients.

I think it's very good, light dough compared to pizzas, the only flaw is the homemade tiramisu, good but expensive, 6.50 euros for a small glass
