Exceptional pinsa, excellent product quality. Highly recommended.

We're regulars and always come back. The pinsa is excellent, made with quality ingredients and a light dough. The garden is beautifully kept and adds to the atmosphere, especially on beautiful summer evenings. The staff is always friendly and fun, especially Irene, who makes you feel at home. We definitely recommend this pinseria!

Excellent pliers and quality products, recommended

The interior is spacious, with plenty of tables for the available space. The pinsa and service are excellent. It has a long history of awards and recognition, including national ones.

We were staying at a hotel nearby and after some Google searches, we decided on da Roberta. It was a good choice. What appealed was the Pinsa Romana. It's an oval shaped pizza-like food but it is different. Roberta is a certified maker of them. Wife and I spilt one and really enjoyed it. The crust is amazing and the variety of toppings is diverse. We then finished with Salento peninsula pasta with a wonderful creamy tomato sauce. Paired with a quaffable regional red wine and you have a fine repast.
