At Ettore's, excellent traditional cuisine with well-packaged and prepared typical dishes. The pizza is also of a good standard even for me as I am Neapolitan. Better to book. Fair prices.

A place we know very well by going there frequently. The pizza cooked in a wood-fired oven was very good. The pasta is very good, both the raw material and the cooking. Last time I had strozzapreti alla norcina and in the end I cleaned up the plate since that pasta was good. For second we had the cut in two, I who usually can't eat beef, I enjoyed both the flavor and cooking. Any excuse is good to go back to eat in such a familiar environment. The carbonara is highly recommended!!

Situata vicino al centro di Castelfidardo, non facilmente visibile, ma con parcheggio limitrofo. Ambiente famigliare, sobrio, tipico. Classica trattoria con tutti i requisiti. Piatti tipici ben cucinati e abbondanti. Ho provato gnocchi alla papera e arrosticini accompagnati da cicoria e caponata. Tutto molto buono. Consigliato.

Senza infamia e senza lode, pizza discreta e scaloppina al limone buona. Servizio premuroso e attento. Da rivedere l'insegna che è coperta da fogliame difficile da scorgere.

20/12/2024: Super! The food is very good, the first courses are homemade, the meat is delicious, the desserts are tasty. Whoever brings it to the table, despite a packed restaurant, manages to find calm for a smile, a few words or an explanation of the dish. And this really doesn't happen everywhere. Highly recommended.

29/12/2024: We spent Christmas lunch with a group, the restaurant was completely full, the staff and owners were always kind and attentive and nothing was ever missing, the price was excellent, the place was very well looked after, top.
