On the advice of the hotelier we had dinner at this delightful restaurant. We can only say nice things: a private and welcoming environment, professionalism that is now out of the ordinary, every course a discovery, only local products cooked to perfection. And last but not least the price, truly excellent value for money. Restaurants like this are good for the heart and make Italy special.

Locale molto piccolo, raccolto, dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato...ma non è così, anzi il menù è su comodi tablet e i calici di vino vengono serviti con un metodo particolare che preserva la qualità del prodotto in bottiglia. Il personale è molto preparato e appassionato nel raccontare la proposta del locale che è molto tipica ma anche ampia.
Noi abbiamo scelto la bourguignonne, ottima la carne e anche le salsine. Ricercati e originali anche i dolci.
Il prezzo è, a parer mio, un po' troppo caro per quello che si mangia ( la bourguignonne 30 euro, i dolci 9) ma è vero che la qualità ha un costo e indubbiamente ogni ingrediente è di grande qualità in questo posto, dunque ne vale la pena.

Small but very welcoming restaurant with delicious polenta, cooked in a cast iron cauldron which gives it a hint of smoke. Polenta from the Mamy farm (Donnas), obtained by grinding ancient varieties of corn. There are many other traditional dishes, all try them. Reservation recommended.

Food is good, service is very "uptight" and because of that the atmosphere feels uneasy in spite of being in Aosta. Smiling to your guests will not hurt you guys...
What is most upsetting is that one hears the microwave oven Pinging .. bing, bing, non stop. I understand that microwaves are commonly used in restaurants, but the sound makes one feel like in a fast-food joint. Advise from my side, remove this bell, please.
These are the reasons why I only give you three stars.
We will not go back there, the dinner experience got spoiled even though the food is good.
