Food is good, service is very "uptight" and because of that the atmosphere feels uneasy in spite of being in Aosta. Smiling to your guests will not hurt you guys...
What is most upsetting is that one hears the microwave oven Pinging .. bing, bing, non stop. I understand that microwaves are commonly used in restaurants, but the sound makes one feel like in a fast-food joint. Advise from my side, remove this bell, please.
These are the reasons why I only give you three stars.
We will not go back there, the dinner experience got spoiled even though the food is good.

The food is nothing special, in fact I have to say that the risotto is nothing special and the onion pie with fondue at least that didn't seem good to me, the service from father and son (I think given the similarity) is normal, however I don't recommend it .

We had lunch in this place, known thanks to a Boscolo gift box. Excellent food and generous portions, knowledgeable and very kind staff, intimate and welcoming location. If you pass through Aosta we recommend you take advantage of it for lunch or dinner! We will definitely be back!

Étant déjà venue l'année dernière dans ce restaurant, c'est avec un grand plaisir que nous nous sommes à nouveau régalé des spécialités du val d'aoste. L'assiette de charcuterie et de fromage est tout simplement delicieuse et la crèpe au jambon et fontina que j'ai testé par la suite était tout aussi bonne excellent dessert au chocolat.

Osteria impeccabile, cibo gustoso, ma non pesante, vini ottimi e sapientemente presentati, servizio eccellente.
Abbiamo optato per il menu 1957, potendo scegliere le portate dalla carta coi vini abbinati.
Porzioni decisamente generose.
Ultima osservazione, non meno importante, il locale è molto caratteristico e la musica stile anni 30 è un piacevole sottofondo.
Ci torneremo. Bravi, davvero bravi.
