I brought friends visiting, and the super authentic food and atmosphere, accompanied by Roman folk songs, were definitely an experience you shouldn't miss in Rome! I've talked about it and will definitely do it again.

It's a typical tourist restaurant: high prices, low quality, cheerful and helpful waiters, but it's honest. The quality doesn't fall below the mark. Plenty of seating, a nice location, and musicians playing the most popular Italian songs, not too badly performed. Avoid if you want to eat well and save money. It's a good option if you're bringing your American relatives if they want to foot the bill. The glass of red wine was good and just the right size, and that's no small detail.

Prices are quite reasonable considering the area is very touristy: on average, you'll spend between €25 and €35 ​​per person for an appetizer, a first course, and wine. Service is quick and friendly, making it ideal for both groups of friends and families. Perfect for those looking for a traditional Roman experience in a convivial atmosphere. The restaurant is very large. Two of us arrived at 9:30 pm, having made a reservation, but it wasn't necessary.

C'è l'atmosfera e il fascino di una locanda del 19° secolo. L'illuminazione è affidata ad un gasolio leggero, candele e luci soffuse, camerieri in abiti d'epoca per ricreare l'atmosfera. È pittoresco e affascinante. Musicisti professionisti fanno una rotazione tra i tavoli ogni sera per intrattenere gli ospiti con canti, barzellette e stornelli romani. Si può mangiare la tipica cucina romana e ti danno un menu scritto in romano.

Sono tornato in questo locale dopo una prima volta nel 2011. Nulla da eccepire sul menu e sulla qualità dei cibi. L unica cosa che non ricordavo è l orchestra itinerante tra i tavoli con canzoni a richiesta. Attenzione!! Si puo pensare siano parte integrante del locale e solo dopo si scopre che se ti dedicano una canzone devi pagare. L ho giudicata una pratica subdola e disonesta. Non so se tornerò
