The amazing owner uses a cordless phone, and his mom makes sandwiches with so much cold meat it's mind-boggling. We were only in Italy for 25 hours to complete my run, which took place on December 7th, so we visited his restaurant on recommendation, and he found us a table, even though it was very difficult. The atmosphere is amazing, so familiar and wonderful, that anyone who goes there doesn't feel like a stranger.

I dropped in because I was passing by. The place has a distinctive look. Perhaps a little uncomfortable in the entrance/bar area. I enjoyed a good porchetta sandwich. The staff were friendly and helpful.
