Excellent meat, tasty appetizers

We were guests of dear friends who introduced us to Ristorante da Giovanni. The welcome was genuine, with the owner making you feel right at home and always ready with a joke to put a smile on your face. Dinner was a crescendo: hand-cut tartare of rare precision, followed by two steaks perfectly cooked and flavored, and finally the Catalan cream reinterpreted with an Italian twist, surprising and delicious. An experience that combines quality, warmth, and a touch of friendliness: truly an evening to remember.

For meat lovers, but not only. Meat connoisseurs are certainly the customers who can receive and give the most satisfaction. An experience that makes you realize that the meat you've eaten elsewhere 90% of the time was of poor quality or poorly cooked. The handmade first courses are also excellent. The dessert of ice cream with candied orange and the one with glazed apples are delicious: simple desserts, but no one had ever thought of them. This is an owner who knows his job and whom you can trust with your eyes closed. The service is attentive, albeit young. Some waiters are overly pushy, overindulging in guiding customers' choices and suggesting they are overly judgmental. The atmosphere is a bit fusion, inconsistent with the menu. In any case, the overall rating remains excellent, with honors.

The appetizers were perfect. 😋 He chose the 1 kg Rib of Beef and absolutely to Underline.. .. it was brought to the table still raw with a lot of heel on the weighing, fundamental and uncommon aspect ..❤️ The meat served on the cast iron plate was delicious, juicy and pleasing to the palate. Everything perfect. Also the price, really honest. Service up to expectations.
