The starters were good and the pappardelle with "nana" sauce were excellent. The livers were a little overcooked, but the creme brulee was very good.

We went to this place today, accompanied by a friend of our son-in-law. Following his advice, we ordered the "aglione". We don't feel the negative effects of the classic aio at all. We recommend it. Breadcrumbs with sauce. Roast duck and chicken. Fettuccine with meat sauce. Welcoming environment and staff. Pasta cooking, excellent. We recommend it without ifs or buts. Try it to believe it. Trattoria spartana , personale gentile e accogliente, menù tipico toscano. Strepitosi i ravioli ricotta e spinaci e i pici al ragù di chianina. Ottima anche la sbrisolona farcita. Da consigliare

27/08/2024: Abbiamo scelto quello che le guide Osterie d'Italia di Slow Food definiva "Giardino" che in realtà si é rivelato essere uno spazio esterno scosceso un tantino scomodo ad una decina di metri dalla cucina che si trova nella sede principale. Due Pici buoni, un filetto con lardo e "ristretto di vino" buono, una tagliata nervosa, immangiabile e lasciata nel piatto (da mia moglie) l'ho assaggiata e confermo, vino al calice. Prezzo corretto.

17/11/2024: Very pleasant surprise. In this restaurant, where we ate casually, we found: comfortable environment; great variety of choice between excellent land and sea dishes, which combine tradition and creativity; friendly and professional staff. Very important note for us: we were able to eat together with our small dog without any difficulty.
