The chef is super available to explain each dish right at your table. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the dishes are highly refined and the combinations are original. Even for those who aren't truffle fans, the truffle is always perfectly dosed. Highly recommended!

A small, welcoming place (which in my opinion is definitely a plus, not a minus) with a relaxed and quiet atmosphere. The menu also varies based on the seasonality of the freshest ingredients. The excellent cellar offers a wide selection of wines; there's no printed wine list, but rather a live one in the person of Diego 😁, who is skilled at suggesting different options based on your needs. Dishes are made with top-quality ingredients.

Excellent place, in "ancient village" style. We ate "Diego and Paola" version of snails: SUPERB! Continued with sliced steak and stuffed rabbit, with various side dishes. Equally SUPERB! Mrs. Paola is a SPECTACULAR when she arrives and enhances the dishes with veils of truffle. EXCEPTIONAL cleanliness. Kindness and cordiality, in addition to everything DESERVEDLY as already stated, make this "jewel" a valid reason to visit it. Fair prices.

We were there last night, and I have to congratulate Diego, his wife, and the entire staff. We had a wonderful time. The atmosphere, courtesy, and professionalism were second to none. They know how to do it, the quality of the food, and the wine list are top-notch. We had the tasting menu, which was absolutely worth it! We can't wait to go back! I've eaten at Diego's a few times and I have to say it's one of the best places in the area. The highest quality, fresh ingredients are cooked to perfection. The location is beautiful, and the service is excellent. Mushrooms and truffles are a specialty, and for those who enjoy them, the restaurant also offers excellent wine pairings from both Italy and abroad, with unique and never boring labels. I must say that the quality/price ratio is also truly excellent.

Everything was wonderful. I've been to this osteria and had a truly wonderful time. Aside from the owners' friendliness, I ate really well for a reasonable price. I'll definitely be back. So much goodness!
