Osteria da Buraccio In Cerreto d'esi

I'm happy to write this review because it's truly deserved. A very cute place in the Borgo Antico with outdoor seating, a very hospitable owner, and above all, the food is QUALITY. I'm sure I'll find the opportunity to return!

We had a great dinner at Buraccio on 25/9/25 as we had to stay for a night in Fabriano on our way to Calais. Everything was great. The antipasti, the pasta and the tagliata was really melting in your mouth. The house wine also very honest and very good actually. Lack of English speaking turned out it was not a problem. Great evening

Yesterday, September 27, I went to the restaurant for the first time and I have to say that everything was excellent: perfect service and really kind, professional, and helpful staff. The quality/price ratio and portions were adequate, and the quality of the food and presentation were excellent. I will definitely be back! Thank you.

Fantastic, traditional restaurant nestled in the historic center, friendly staff, sublime dishes. The parmigiana was fantastic. I felt right at home.

Fabulous. A warm, family atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious, homemade food, attentive menu presentations, and above all, very friendly and professional managers and waiters. An excellent restaurant in our little Cerreto.

We look out onto a narrow street in the old town of Cerreto d'Esi, and it seems deserted.... We approach the sign hesitantly and are greeted by the wonderful smile of a young woman who says "good evening!" It was perhaps 1 p.m. We look at each other, puzzled, then she says something like "good morning, so to speak..." and we enter the restaurant smiling. That smile remained plastered on our faces throughout lunch, through a large seafood lasagna, spaghetti with a delicious salmon sauce, spectacular fried fish that seemed to have come straight from the Adriatic half an hour earlier, and a grilled dish that looked like a painting. These people are exquisitely kind and honest: it was the owner himself who told us that with two "complete" fish platters, even three of us would be fine, which was exactly what we were told. Fantastic value for money. But above all, the pleasure of being treated like friends to chat with, not like tourists to be squeezed, even if we'd never met before. It's places like this that make me believe in Italy again. Well done.

Fantastic place, we had a GREAT time! The food is excellent, the ingredients are incredibly fresh, and it seems like everything is handmade (including the desserts and pastries). The staff was really friendly, and the plating is very creative. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area.
