Do you know the expression "I would like but I can't"? Here is the new management at Buraccio' is a "I want and I can", at a modest and humble price. Really good dishes, revisited and made of local raw materials and top quality. In short, if he was in Milan or Mykonos you would have paid 3 times more, and he would have deserved it. Nothing, what can I say, when passion is combined with hard work there is only one possibility = success! Well done, good and still good.

Intimate and well-kept environment within a recovering historic centre. We ate outside. Punctual, friendly and kind service....but above all fast. Excellent dishes well cared for in the place setting and in the raw materials. Perfect combinations. Bill substantially lower than the quality offered. Absolutely worth trying.

19/08/2024: As tourists in Fabriano, we entered this bistro for a quick lunch while waiting for the visit to the Paper Museum (which is located just a few meters away). We were pleasantly surprised by the kindness, helpfulness and courtesy of the staff as well as the quality of the food and the vast choice. The Crescia and the chocolate salami are highly recommended! Another positive note: we arrived on a rainy Saturday, the place was full both inside and out and, despite this, the service was very fast!
18/08/2024: A modern and welcoming environment, exquisite dishes at a super competitive price. The staff is more than friendly! It's definitely a little place with a price-quality ratio above excellence!
