Five of us arrived unexpectedly on a Sunday and were greeted with a truly special welcome. The owners, a very kind couple, immediately made us feel at home. The cured meats, bread, and wine were excellent, with a truly amazing house wine. We also greatly appreciated their advice and friendly conversation, which made the lunch even more enjoyable. A simple, authentic, and well-kept place, where you can sense their passion for what they do. We'll definitely be back!

We had lunch outside this small restaurant in the center of Cagli. The cured meats and cheese appetizer was very good, and you could tell the ingredients were high-quality. The pumpkin-filled caramels with cacio e pepe were absolutely amazing, a truly top-notch dish. Unfortunately, the porcini and truffle tortelli lacked both truffle and porcini mushrooms. The beef fillet and guinea fowl were both very good (the main courses were a bit pricey). The mascarpone cream was quite unsavory, a runny foam that bore little resemblance to what was described. Overall, a nice place to eat good-quality, well-cooked products.

Beautiful location in the city center. The decor is limited. We waited five minutes before anyone even spoke to us, even though it certainly wasn't busy. The music is on the edge of the Bluetooth range, making the speaker sound like it's barking. The food is good, but the quantity is very limited, especially considering the pricing. The staff member even tries to explain things. The owner is disinterested and can pay without a word or a look! Simply antisocial!

25/06/2025: Una bella sorpresa... Ci siamo passati spesso davanti ma pensavamo fosse caro per posizione o non so che .. E invece grazie ai ns amici abbiamo scoperto che ha prezzi abbordabilissimi .. Anzi ... La pizza è molto buona i secondo di pesce molto buoni e saporiti il giusto con belle portate, insomma certamente da replicare . Bravi ragazzi 👏👏
26/04/2025: consigliato da amico e sinceramente non capisco le recensioni negative . il locale è carino , sul lido di fano quindi dove attorno vi è vita e mare , offre carne pesce e pizza a prezzi modici e ha quantità davvero esagerate rispetto altri ristoranti di quel livello . noi abbiamo preso un completo di pesce che offre antipasti caldi freddi , tagliolini allo scoglio , frittura e insalata al costo di 30 euro . abbiamo preso 2 primi tra cui 1 risotto per 2 persone e gnocchi alla norma . 2 contorni e 1 bistecca . 1/2 litro di coca cola 1/2 litro di vino 1 acqua e 2 morette . il tutto al costo di poco piu di 100 euro . posso dire che nessuno è riuscito a finire quanto portato e ci siamo fatti incartare per portare a casa quanto avanzato . ho chiesto anche scusa al camerire dicendo che non era per la bontà dei piatti ma davvero per le quantità dei piatti . il locale pur essendo pieno ha effettuato un servizio veloce . quindi io ci tornerò sicuramente .

Bagni Gilberto Bar - Ristorante

05/07/2025: The place is nice and right next to the hotels. The sunbeds are very comfortable. There are services such as shower and toilet. However... space between the umbrellas is limited, really rude staff who even pay to say hello which fortunately is not common in these parts. The management is extremely attached to the money... charging 7 euros for chairs and umbrellas for two hours in the evening after giving them almost 60 euros for the following two days... well... more and a little more expensive than the others. Management of the restaurant bar after a clarification with the manager does not provide takeaway on the weekend. I like eating on the beach and therefore personally I do not approve of this choice. I have not tasted the food because on principle I preferred to eat elsewhere. I can say that the smell is good, and considering the number of customers it is likely that the food is too. They obviously do not need to retain the customer... with me they certainly did not succeed...
02/06/2025: My wife, I and a friend spent a weekend in this fantastic place, good for breakfast, lunch and dinner, excellent delicious dishes and very fresh fish, when I return to these parts I will not miss a trip to Bagni Gilberto in Pesaro
