Stopped by for a business lunch. Fast service. Menu for all palates... carnivores and vegetarians... Excellent place in the Mantua plain.

We arrived by chance on a Thursday evening and we can only recommend this place. The staff is very attentive and offers good advice despite our hesitant Italian. We tried the gnocco fritto with local charcuterie: an original and delicious experience, with a very decent lambrusco at a very reasonable price. The porcini mushroom risotto was very good, the desserts quite decent. The setting is rustic, the dining room pretty, and the terrace spacious.

Everything was very good. We'll definitely be back.

Every time I come here, I know I won't be disappointed. I love the first and second courses, and the desserts always amaze me. The staff is courteous and professional, and the atmosphere is welcoming and refined.

This isn't our first time at this restaurant, and I must say it's always a great choice. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service friendly, but the real highlight is undoubtedly the food. We ate very well: the meat was truly excellent quality, perfectly cooked and rich in flavor. You can season it as you like right at the table, which, for me, is an added bonus, given that we've sometimes eaten steaks ruined by grease and too many spices. The house antipasto and the gnocco fritto also deserve a special mention: everything was excellent, especially the cured meats and cheeses. I should warn you that the latter two dishes are very generous. A place that never disappoints, highly recommended!

The old days are gone, and the same goes for this place that once provided excellent food and drinks at fair prices...now the quality and service are declining and the price is rising...what a shame, it doesn't take much to go from customer to ex-customer....I also missed the dog in the kitchen...🤔

Welcoming place and very kind staff, if I'm in the area again I'll definitely stop for lunch.
