I ate a super tasty pasta here. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. The bill was correct in terms of price/quality. I think a reservation is necessary because the place was full (I had lunch there on a Friday). I highly recommend this business!

We went in two for a quick lunch, ordered two cacio e pepe, water, coke zero in a can and 1/4 of the house white. Primo in the norm both for taste and quantity, pasta service fast but unfortunately apart from the water drinks never arrived. Water and two cacio e pepe 28 euros.

I returned to this historic tavern after several years. The food was quite good, not exceptional, and the raw materials were of quality. The service was unfortunately poor. The waitresses were all sullen. The dishes arrived staggered and we ate in turns, but they didn't even apologize. In general, the place is not up to the level of the best Roman trattorias.

Fantástica comida y servicio. Probó algunos platos especiales por primera vez, sobre todo la alcachofa frita y la increíble ensalada romana con aderezo de anchoa. Deja suficiente espacio para el tiramisú. Fuimos bien atendidos

Siamo tornati in questa osteria perché ne ho sempre avuto un ottimo ricordo ma questa volta siamo rimasti un po’ delusi Menù con ampia scelta stagionale, locale molto accogliente e informale. Buone quasi tutte le pietanze, ad eccezione dei fritti che un po’ troppo cotti. Nel complesso la consiglierei

09/07/2025: A wonderful restaurant! I especially want to mention the foie gras - it was simply delicious, one of the best dishes I have tried in a long time. Everything was prepared with great skill and taste. Cozy atmosphere, attentive service, excellent selection of wines. I will definitely come back here on my next trip to Rome!
08/07/2025: Gorgeous restaurant with typical but upscale food. Our server was very friendly and although close to Trevi Fountain, it was not a ‘tourist trap’. Fell in love with their glassware! Where can I buy the red water glasses?!

Ristorante Checco al 13

05/07/2025: The restaurant is located at 13 km of the Via Aurelia and has large indoor and outdoor spaces as well as a parking lot for customers. The menu includes meat and fish dishes. The appetizers and desserts are served on the trolley which makes the choice easy. I went there for dinner with friends and I had a nice evening. The owners are very welcoming and the waiting staff is professional.
