Small trattoria that preserves the authenticity and flavors of the Mantua tradition. The tortello amaro from Castel Goffredo is excellent and the dish of the day is tagliolini with cod! The kindness and friendliness of the lady who served us are the added value. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

More than excellent food, really good and above all all homemade and in a simple way. Not only that, superb prices and the girl who served us was helpful, kind and very polite. A very intimate place to eat well, pay little and be satisfied. More than I recommend!!

Non ti aspetto questo meraviglioso incontro tra cibo, tradizione e prezzo. Osteria vera, in cui si mangia bene, si sta bene e si esce pienamente felici e soddisfatti. Bravi!!!

Per caso a Castel Goffredo, ora di pranzo, apro Trip e vedo questa trattoria, li chiamo c'è posto. Arrivo, ed esco dopo mezz'ora avendo mangiato molto bene in un bell'ambiente e spendendo pochissimo. Sicuramente tornerò a far loro visita.

11/03/2025: A beautiful evening in March, expertly followed by Chez Diego, we chose fantastic snails bourguignonne, a 1350g grilled rib of Grigio Alpina Pretzhof for two with delicious side dishes and a super dessert (for two) Millefoglie di Ūfele with mascherpone cream. For the wine Diego gave us good advice with a Nobile di Montepulciano DèRicci that paired well with the chosen dishes. Very well-kept, clean and quiet environment, good level of service. The bill was honest and without surprises for what we consumed. To try again and recommended!
09/03/2025: Stunning truffle tagliolini and a sublime pigeon breast. We will be back very soon to taste a Florentine!! Thanks Diego!!

La Bottega del Gelato

31/03/2025: Quiet place, little traffic area. Parking always available and rarely crowded. Unfortunately the ice cream isn't the best, a little too melted, but the ice cream is always ice cream, so if you want to get it here don't hesitate and come and try it.
23/03/2025: Due gelati da 2 gusti 7 euro. Commento: se si è alla ricerca di un gelato che ti lascia il segno, qui si fa centro. Gusti prelibati, a volte particolari, ma che ti fanno capire la differenza tra un gelato vero fatto con ingredienti di livello e tanti altri che non ci assomigliano nemmeno... Uno zabaione speciale....non meno il tiramisù. Chiaro è che 3,50 per due gusti mi pare esagerato.....anche se ormai è meglio puntare sulla qualità piuttosto che sulla frequenza.
