What a world-class location! We were lucky; no reservations were needed, and the last table was ours. The staff was very helpful and friendly! Two adults and two children were uncomplicated. A cocktail at the river bar before dinner, followed by Tuscan delicacies in the absolutely charming dining room! We were thrilled! Big compliments to the owner and the entire staff; what you do is top-notch!

Surrounded by nature, with the sound of waterfalls. Well-made, high-quality drinks. Great service, attentive and they make you feel at ease to enjoy the place.

One of the most beautiful places I have ever been. The river, the soft lights, the plates, make it a magical and suggestive place. The staff is very kind. Unfortunately the food is not at all up to expectations, so the experience is incomplete. I would suggest improving the cuisine and "telling" the dishes when they are served (for example in the cheese appetizer). In a place of that level, storytelling is also fundamental.

An incredible place, with a fairytale atmosphere. For a special and relaxing evening! The aperitif on the river bank is fantastic. The sound of the flowing water will be the backdrop to a magical evening.

Osteria Candalla is a place that I have kept in my heart for years. I return regularly and it continues to be one of my favorite destinations for an aperitif followed by dinner - a perfect combination for those who want to fully experience the magic of this place. The bar area, overlooking a stream surrounded by greenery, is simply suggestive: a quiet corner where you can relax and enjoy well-prepared drinks, ranging from the simplest to the most elaborate, always with care and attention. Even for dinner, which can be enjoyed both outdoors and indoors, the environment is welcoming and cared for in detail. Every time you breathe a special atmosphere, which harmoniously combines nature and refinement. A great strength is the service: always friendly, attentive and professional, it manages to make you feel welcome without ever being intrusive. A rare balance, which enhances the experience even more. The menu, from what I have noticed, varies with the seasons, offering dishes that respect the period and enhance local products. The quality is always high, as is the presentation. Reservations are mandatory, both for aperitif and dinner. I highly recommend making them well in advance, especially on summer weekends, when the place is often fully booked. Ultimately, Osteria Candalla is a unique place, where you will return again and again with pleasure.

We had dinner with my family and a friend 15 days ago. I had never been there and I was enchanted by the place, the welcoming atmosphere and the very professional and kind staff. Truly wonderful

Very suggestive location, suitable for romantic dinners starting from the aperitif along the river with a fabulous view, then returning to the table on the terraces where you can feel the water gushing under your feet. Excellent food. Reservations required well in advance. The only flaw, there is no parking, you have to park along the road with the risk of getting a fine.

The place is magical. Of a refined and wild beauty at the same time. The restaurant is located astride a clear stream full of fish, at the foot of a waterfall and surrounded by greenery. You can have an aperitif on the stream, beautiful for adults, children and dogs. In the summer it is not particularly cool to have lunch outside, but there is the option of a cellar that can accommodate about ten people, which is very fresh, almost cold. The food is exquisite and the cuisine is also taken care of in the presentation. The service is kind. I would gladly return for dinner, because I think it should be even more fascinating, if possible. Bring your love, or your dearest people. Not to be missed.

The location is enchanting, first course I had the very good tordelli, second course these buttera ribs with potatoes which however didn't drive me crazy, the prices are definitely high perhaps a little too much...

Beautiful place, average food, excellent friendliness, kind and always present staff, a big flaw is the parking, the tavern is in a narrow street with no backdrop and since the tavern does not have a private parking one is forced to park along this narrow, very uncomfortable street when we left we were stuck again because between the parked cars and the cars that were coming up everything was blocked.
