The quality of the products and the attention of the staff are excellent

My wife and I were with friends last night at the "Canaiolo" restaurant in Capannori and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and the excellent food. The staff were extremely knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations, they were attentive without ever being intrusive. We felt welcomed. The environment is well looked after and comfortable, a great place for a relaxing evening with friends. Prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food and service. Definitely worth every penny spent. We were really favorably impressed. Highly recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!

In a nice and welcoming environment, equipped with ample parking, it is possible to spend an evening alone or better still in company, enjoying very good dishes with adequate portions. The prices are not medium-low but the quality is certainly present. Reservation is recommended.

Place located in a period villa, where the excellent Hombros hotel is located. Modern and elegant interior, with open kitchen and dehors. Very attentive and courteous service. Good quality dishes, for example Chicken with Brick and Humus, except Vitello Tonnato, actually in my opinion Roast Beef Tonnato. Remarkable cellar with excellent wines by the glass. Overall a great place.

Locale molto elegante e caldo. Siamo stati accolti molto bene dal titolare, ma dopo aver ordinato (bravissima la titolare che ha preso l'ordinazione del nostro tavolo) siamo stati lasciati un po' a noi stessi. Servizio lento e poco attento, soprattutto da parte dei giovani camerieri, che continuavano a passare senza badare a noi e alle nostre necessità. Purtroppo però siamo rimasti tutti delusi dalla cena dato che i nostri piatti principali erano tutti un po' salati, uno in particolare che una commensale non è riuscita a mangiare proprio. Il titolare lo ha portato indietro allo chef, ma non ha offerto nulla in sostituzione alla nostra amica, che così ha cenato solo con un antipasto. Peccato perché il locale è davvero molto bello, ma non basta solo quello per diventare un ottimo ristorante. Peccato, occasione sprecata (con noi)! Fortunatamente il titolare non ci ha fatto pagare il piatto rimandato indietro (bravo!).

Locale molto carino, tempi di attesa un pò lunghi, buona la qualità del cibo. Esperienza da ripetere per apprezzare meglio la cucina. Rapporto qualità/prezzo adeguato.
