Osteria Can Caus In Bagheria

I happened upon it during lunchtime and stopped in. The place was welcoming and very clean, the staff was polite, attentive, and never intrusive. I ordered a portion of Tuma Cunzata, which was truly delicious—very crunchy and generous. I couldn't finish it, and I could taste it as if it had been fried in clean oil. Hats off! Afterward, I ordered spaghetti with clams, and, despite the fact that they served fresh tonnarelli (and they should have made that clear already), the pasta was cooked incorrectly. The tonnarelli stuck to my teeth, which was incredibly annoying. Worst of all, the pasta was incredibly salty. I know pasta with clams is a tasty dish, but this was so salty it made me want to drink every bite. I hope you take this review as a reason to be careful, not a negative.

Lunch with friends on vacation: we were greeted warmly, attentively, and found the food excellent. We went for the fried tuma cheese and the amazing anchovy meatballs! The pasta is excellent, made by a small local pasta factory. Busiate and black tagliatelle with the sauces of the day. Zibibbo wine. I recommend them to all foodies.

A lovely, welcoming place with a pleasant atmosphere. The dishes I tried were truly tasty and well-crafted; you could sense the thoughtfulness in the pairings. The only downside was the overly intrusive nature of the restaurant owner, who was a bit too pushy during the meal, to the point of being annoying. With more discreet service, it would have been perfect.

The staff cheered me up, as did the taste of my Romana pizza. It's the best I've had in Sicily! And the atmosphere on the terrace is fantastic, so I highly recommend it! When it's busy, there's a bit of a wait, but it's definitely worth it!

On Saturday evening, we had the pleasure of trying the pizza tour at this location. What can I say? Excellent food, top-quality ingredients, and helpful staff. A charming location.

We visited Osteria Pizzeria six times in just two weeks—that really says it all! The dishes, especially the pizzas, are simply amazing. We also loved the fish dishes. A seafood appetizer combination is highly recommended, perfect for one or more people. The prices are absolutely fair and affordable. As a family, we highly recommend this restaurant. A real must-visit if you're near Bagheria! We'll definitely be back in 2026.

Finally, after several attempts, we found a table for dinner. We were greeted very kindly; we ordered two pizzas, a mixed pizza, a gin and tonic, and water. The pizzas were delicious, the best on the entire coast. The pizzas were rich in toppings and had a great focus on flavors. The wait staff was attentive, very knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly polite. The music was relaxing, and most importantly, there were no children running around the tables. I saw some beautiful pasta dishes coming out. I wanted to thank you for "feeding" us with high-quality products and such kindness. We will be back and I recommend it.
