The place is informal, large and clean. The managers are pet friendly and their strong point is certainly the value for money. Special mention for the owner of an embarrassing kindness, unobtainable nowadays. The timing between courses needs to be reviewed, the cooking was a little too slow even though the place was almost empty. Overall recommended! We will definitely be back!

To my surprise I found meticulous attention to food for celiacs. All very good. I'll be back.

We chose Gavorrano as a stop on a trip towards Umbria, had a wonderful lunch outside, both the lady who served us and the one inside the restaurant were very kind. Dogs allowed. If we come back we will definitely stop for lunch there.

Unfortunately the steak with roast potatoes was cold.

Nice discovery, shame that the holiday was at the end, having known about it before... excellent welcome, clear cuisine that immediately gives the sensation of freshly prepared dishes (they were making Maremma tortelli). We ate a trio of grilled fish and octopus on cannellini cream and fried onion with honey. Everything excellent and well cooked. Spaghetti, clams and bottarga perhaps, slightly savory to our taste. Beetroot tagliatelle on pecorino fondue and crispy bacon, on the contrary, perhaps needed an extra boost. Overall highly recommended! PS: the innkeeper is not to blame but we couldn't enjoy the wine due to an ordinance from the mayor due to a match, too bad. We will happily return on our next vacation!
