09/03/2025: The restaurant is inside a hotel which has created a breakfast-brunch area for both internal and external customers of the hotel. It is very beautiful both aesthetically with its various shades of color and furnishings and with the spaces, giving a very relaxing atmosphere for the meal you are going to have. The waitresses are very kind but the table service could improve, the orders that had been placed for the various drinks arrived a bit haphazardly with longer times compared to the breakfast dish. (Maybe we put a little pressure on him because there were so many of us?) For the meal, however, we each received a plate with: a cooked ham and cheese toast, an empty sweet brioche and a yoghurt with a cereal and berry topper and a fig honey base. It was all very good, especially the yogurt had a very high quality. They also have menu variations for both vegans and people with intolerances. It was a nice experience that you recommend, a different breakfast from the "usual coffee at the bar". **Mine was a somewhat special experience compared to the normal customer, since I went for an educational meeting lesson.**
