Osteria Brunello In Milano

Perhaps one of the best restaurants left in Milan... Class is more than just professionalism... Everything delicious, excellent service... Excellence without compromise.... congratulations Business-class hospitality... Thank you!!!

Maybe Milanese people like to spend a lot and forget that you should leave a restaurant/osteria feeling full. It's true that it's in a great location, but the prices are high. The ravioli were excellent, among the best I've ever eaten, but there were only five of them (I've attached a photo to prove what I'm saying). "It's cooked, you can drain it." Quote. The cutlet was good. We weren't very happy with the desserts; we had two and didn't like them. I find it frustrating to spend a lot but leave hungry. I don't think I'll go back, and honestly, I'm very disappointed.

The food is OK (I’m sure it’s reflective of traditional food) however we had a negative experience as we were seated right next to the toilets in an almost empty restaurant, and we were amongst the first there. Each time the toilet door opened there was a smell, and as the night progressed this was happening frequently, which ruined our experience. At the end when asked how was everything we said that we would have preferred a better seat given there were plenty available and we were told our seating is based on a logic and that we should have asked to be moved. In our experience good customer service means we would have never been seated there in an empty restaurant (as it was clearly the worst seat in the restaurant) and wouldn’t have had to ask (and we didn’t know asking is the way to go). It’s a shame because we were really excited to have a nice three course dinner there. Otherwise everyone was nice and professional.

The restaurant has a nice outdoor seating area. The food was fine, I was expecting something mind blowing since I heard it is one of the best restaurants in Milan.

Brunello es un restaurante italiano clásico con algunos platos especiales. Uno de ellos es el bacalao salado (bacalao) en raviolis, que estaba genial aunque la salsa era muy dulce y la porción muy pequeña. Su plato característico es el cul ́tlet milanés de ternera, que es un pedazo de carne enorme pero algo aburrido. Los precios están en la gama alta pensando que los platos primi son pequeños. La carta de vinos es enorme y cara. El servicio está bien. En resumen: Bueno pero demasiado caro

Piatti di qualità, ma porzioni minuscole. Sì vedano le foto . Dessert eccessivamente cari, e non particolarmente buoni.
