The menu offers dishes that reinterpret the typical flavors of Apulian cuisine in a modern way. I loved the crunchy prawns and the very fresh fish, cooked in an innovative way but without losing the authenticity of the local flavours. Each dish is a perfect balance between tradition and modernity, with fresh, quality ingredients. The service was excellent: the staff was attentive, friendly and able to recommend the right dishes based on our tastes. The wine selection complemented our meal perfectly. I highly recommend

Disfrutamos de un almuerzo encantador en una de las deliciosas mesas del patio al aire libre en un sábado soleado. Habíamos hecho una reserva y nos dieron una cálida bienvenida por la propietaria Antonella que habla muy buen inglés y que nos explicó el menú con sus recomendaciones. Me gustó especialmente el pescado mixto antipasti y tiramisú, sin embargo el pescado a la parrilla era fresco y sabroso, que no muy bien presentado después de haber sido sacado del hueso en la cocina. Al salir Antonella amablemente nos sorprendió con una botella de Chardonnay del restaurante que fue un buen toque. Este es un restaurante recomendado por Michelin que se refleja en la calidad, el servicio y los precios.

It is a place located in the historic center of Manfredonia, in a characteristic street. A welcoming place where you can eat well and enjoy 1000 delicacies from starters to desserts all made by the industrious hands of chef William. When you enter they immediately make you feel at home, their kindness is a feather in their cap in addition to the good and healthy cuisine.

No solemos comer a la hora del almuerzo en vacaciones, pero era domingo y cerrado por la noche. De todos modos, estaba lleno de lugareños almorzando el domingo, lo que hizo un ambiente auténtico. Sin duda encontramos que la comida y el vino estaban a la altura de la reputación, y a 30 € la botella más cara de Primitivo local era una verdadera ganga. Una pequeña discusión. Si compro una botella de vino, especialmente para dos, espero que me la traigan y me la abran antes de que llegue el segundo, y no tener que recordárselo a la camarera. Todos cometemos errores, pero un inspector Michelin habría sido menos indulgente.

17/01/2025: We were guests of a friend residing in Tarquinia, let's say I expected much much more, decent but not excellent food in my opinion, personally I took a mixed starter, a risotto with marinara in white, this was really disappointing, I didn't like it I was expecting a pre-cooked parboleid rice, the mixed fried fish was very good, crunchy and light, my bill was average like all the restaurants that charge 18 euros for a plate of spaghetti with clams, the service was impeccable, attentive, fast and courteous I would come back to try something else, my choice may not have been the best
