Dinner with a group of friends. I tried the beef tartare, the pappardelle with hare, the linguine with anchovies and butter, and the tagliata with green peppercorns. I found every dish delicious, both in flavor and artfully presented. The portions were also adequate. It's definitely not a cheap place, but the quality is high.

This charming, renovated medieval village is a delight.
I visited in the early afternoon. The bars open after 4:00 PM, making for cool evenings, especially given the altitude and the beautiful view of the Tiber River terrace.

What can I say! There are no words, everything is exceptional, quality of food, welcome, environment, a place to try. It is advisable to book and come during the week because it is quieter. Turn off your phones when you enter and let yourself be enveloped by everything that surrounds you.

Siamo stati accolti con grandissima gentilezza e per tutta la cena abbiamo ricevuto moltissima attenzione da parte del personale, meticoloso e garbato. Il cibo veramente ottimo: grande qualità di prodotti (che giustifica il prezzo leggermente sopra la media), cucinati bene e con cura per il dettaglio. Porzioni abbondanti.
Location suggestiva, soprattuttovista dalla nostra posizione: il soppalco. Tutto perfetto.
