We arrived and were greeted by Chiara, smiling but above all professional: present without being intrusive, attentive to everything. The location is spectacular: surrounded by greenery, well-kept, with a history that alone is worth the visit. You can tell this isn't your typical "nice" place, but a place designed and built with love. On the table, only quality ingredients, beautifully plated dishes, and above all, full, distinctive flavors. No unnecessary special effects, just well-crafted cuisine. The Montefalco by the glass paired everything perfectly. It's one of those places that makes you slow down, unplug, and say, "OK, I'll be back." Highly recommended.

When I want to eat well, when my wife, who is celiac, wants to eat well and find everything she needs, like someone who isn't, then an hour's drive from Rome is this perfect restaurant. I've been there several times and have never been disappointed. Good food, well prepared, very good. The restaurant is old and well-kept. The wines and spirits are excellent. The village is beautiful, and the clock tower is worth a visit. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the products, the quality of the cuisine, and the quality of the service. Recommended.

Very kind and friendly girl. Superb food and a very fair price. We had a starter of Fassona beef tartare with a crispy egg and truffle, and fettuccine with fresh porcini mushrooms. For main courses, rabbit and turbot. Small and very welcoming place. Very, very good 💪🏻

Wonderful place, perfect romantic atmosphere for a special evening. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, especially Chiara, who made everything even more special. The service was impeccable! Dishes prepared with care and attention to detail, using fresh, quality ingredients! Highly recommended!

Dinner with a group of friends. I tried the beef tartare, the pappardelle with hare, the linguine with anchovies and butter, and the tagliata with green peppercorns. I found every dish delicious, both in flavor and artfully presented. The portions were also adequate. It's definitely not a cheap place, but the quality is high.

The products and preparations are characterized by a bouquet and persistence on the palate of the highest quality and delicacy. A continuous flow of flavors and emotions that begin with the consistency of the ingredients used and then culminate in the perfection of evolution from the first bite. Two elements predominate: the preparation technique and the raw materials of the highest quality. The technique is a comprehensive and expert demonstration of knowledge of Umbrian local products. This quality standard allows the customer to fully enjoy the flavors. Secondary elements are never used to overwhelm the main ingredient but always accompany it, allowing the palate to distinguish one flavor from another. The ingredients are crucial in enhancing the flavors, which, in the mouth, appear clean and full-bodied, yet delicate and persistent. Richness, savory, sweet, crunchy. I wish I could transport this place anywhere, along with those who are part of it, to make every moment unique and wonderful. This charming, renovated medieval village is a delight. I visited in the early afternoon. The bars open after 4:00 PM, making for cool evenings, especially given the altitude and the beautiful view of the Tiber River terrace.
