Great beers, great food, and fantastic staff

The food was excellent. The craft beer is highly recommended.

It's an osteria with old-fashioned flavors, the pappardelle with pork and mushroom sauce perfectly balanced. The flavors of each dish were perfectly balanced and the ingredients incredibly fresh. The roast lamb was cooked to perfection! Friendly and courteous staff. I recommend it.

A spiritual stroll through Roccamorice couldn't end without lunch at the Osteria del Belvedere. The place is nestled in the old town, overlooking a deep valley where you can hear the rushing stream. Reservations are required for these places on holidays. The restaurant has plenty of space for large family meals. The appetizer was a selection of local cured meats and cheeses, all delicious because they're made on site. Homemade pasta with porcini mushrooms and saffron. Finally, a mixed grill of lamb and sausage. Finally, an excellent Amaro della Brigantessa liqueur and a coffee to seal the stomach. Everything was delicious, we'll definitely return.

The restaurant is located in the outermost part of Roccamorice, just steps from the historic center (although the entire town is a historic center), easily accessible on foot or by car. It has ample space both inside and outside, and the tables are large and well-spaced, perfect for strollers or those with mobility issues. The restaurant is very beautiful, and numerous sculptures created by the owner lend it a unique charm. Another highlight is that the restaurant is also a brewery and distillery, producing beers, spirits, and more. But let's get to the menu. The cuisine uses typical local products but with a touch of originality. We tried three appetizers (mixed antipasto, cacio e ovo balls, and sautéed pecorino cheese, etc., see menu), two first courses (casarecce ai mugnoli and chitarra allo zafferano), a liter of wine, and a bottle of water, all for €64 (see receipt photo). The total price includes the beers we took away. The prices are a little higher than average, but they're reasonable for the quality and quantity of the dishes served. The only dish we didn't like, and it doesn't follow tradition, were the cacio e ovo balls, which were hard and not spherical in shape. It's a shame because everything else was delicious. In my opinion, it's a good restaurant, one to keep in your favorites. I'll gladly return to try other dishes.

A beautiful, friendly place Good food, exceptional craft beers made by the owner, as well as homemade gentian liqueur...very affordable prices, and B&B options available. I highly recommend this well-located place with panoramic views of the valley.
