A modern venue with understated elegance. The atmosphere is relaxing: pleasant background music at the right volume, soft lighting; even on a crowded evening, the venue is enjoyable.
Friendly and helpful staff.
The varied menu offers a good selection of traditional Tuscan dishes and the chef's innovative twists. The quality of the meat and fish is excellent. Among the desserts/fruits, I recommend the delicious and original fruit carpaccio (see photo).
Prices are reasonable for a venue of this caliber.

I have returned to this restaurant several times, over the years, and each visit has been memorable. The service remains unchanged—it is always impeccable, and guests are treated like royalty. The cuisine is consistently exquisite, and the wine selection is outstanding. In my opinion, this is surely the best restaurant in Florence

Ayer, 5 de nosotros amigos estábamos terminando nuestro recorrido por la Toscana y no podíamos haber elegido un restaurante mejor para terminar nuestro viaje. La comida, el ambiente, el servicio, todo era de primera categoría y el personal realmente hizo todo lo posible para que nuestra noche fuera inolvidable. Il posto lo avevano conosciuto già un anno fa. Ci siamo tornati con altri amici e la bella esperienza si è ripetuta: no folla, no turisti e tanto buon cibo. Per chi apprezza ancora tutto questo.
