Osteria Bel Ombra In Alessandria

My grandmothers were Piedmontese DOC and they raised me among the tastes and flavors of this land. Here at the Bel'ombra tavern it was a bit as if my grandmothers were cooking again. Traditional dishes are proposed again with a light touch of modernity but with the same flavors of the past. The quality of the raw materials is impeccable and courtesy is at home. Excellent wines to accompany the dishes and a cozy and familiar environment close the circle. Prices appropriate to the quality of the dishes offered. I don't want to recommend a particular dish, they are all excellent.
