Osteria Battibecco In Montesilvano

I went to "Osteria Battibecco" this evening and it was a truly pleasant discovery. The food is high quality and the staff is wonderful and welcoming, always with a smile. The stuffed pizza was an explosion of flavors, with fresh ingredients and a crispy crust at the right point and the buffalo mozzarella in the center really fresh. The arrosticini were tender and tasty, cooked to perfection. But the highlight of the evening was the Tomahawk: a majestic steak, cooked exactly how I like it and a really intense flavor. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff who made our evening even more special. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a high quality culinary experience. I will definitely be back to visit you!

First experience at the tavern, our curiosity was to try the pizza, which from the photos of the reviews seemed very good and leavened! Let's start with the appetizer, we took mixed montanarine with cured meats, very good dough and the light and golden frying, then we move on to the pizzas, I must say that the flavor of the dough was good, but very different from what we expected, given that on the photos there was a nice crust and they were seasoned well, instead the classic one arrived pizza, nothing to detract from the flavor as already mentioned, but the ingredients thrown at random both in terms of type and quantity! Another negative note was the kebabs, liver and meat, the liver was overcooked in the end, but all in all good, the Classics full of nerves, badly cut, given that one seemed to weigh 25/30 grams and others were very thin... The dessert, we order a summer tiramisu, that's what they called it, but in reality it was anything but tiramisu, don't call it so because the dessert was good, but it was a mascarpone ice cream or similar and not a mascarpone cream and a crumble. I had a great time, fast and friendly service. Arrosticini cooked to perfection, in particular I had the opportunity to appreciate the turnip pizza. A place also and above all suitable for families as it is inside a park in the city centre.

Locale carino all’interno di un parco, il personale è simpatico, alla mano e disponibile, quando sul menù leggo “mugnaia” non vado oltre, ne ho mangiato una veramente “corposa”, ma ho avuto modo di assaggiare anche un pezzettino di pizza di mia moglie ed è davvero buona. Eravamo in quattro siamo rimasti tutti contenti, anche gli antipastini erano davvero particolari, sinceramente abbiamo conosciuto un buon locale dove tornare molto volentieri. 👏👏👏

Sono stato più volte in questo ristorante e ogni volta è una conferma: merita davvero! Gli antipasti sono fantastici, sapori autentici e ingredienti di qualità, tutto fatto in casa con cura. Le frittelline? Pazzesche! Croccanti, leggere e fatte al momento con un olio top. Il primo, gli gnocchi con pancetta, porcini e tartufo, è una bomba di gusto, perfettamente equilibrato.
