Excellent location in the center. I recommend the Florentine steak, excellent meat, and you could smell the aroma of the grill, perfectly cooked. Prices are typical of a local restaurant in the center. Friendly staff.

The food was good, perhaps a tad pricey for my taste. It's the only option if you're running late in Lucca because it closes very late. Even so, their pasta is excellent.

A welcoming place, with a beautiful arched masonry roof and the classic decor of a Tuscan osteria. The food is excellent, well-prepared, and very tasty. The real highlight is the service and the attention the staff gives to customers; for me, it really made the difference! Well done everyone! Average prices.

Not only was the meal excellent, certainly the best of our trip to Italy, but the service was also top-notch: smiling, kind, and efficient.

We had dinner for two with a reservation because it was a Friday evening and it was very busy about 10 days ago. The place is charming, with high terracotta vaults and a large mirror that makes the room look larger and allows you to exchange glances... We had two porcini risottos, a glass of wine, and two desserts, water, and coffee. The risottos were excellent, with very fresh porcini mushrooms (in season) and perfectly cooked. The desserts were definitely good but not exceptional. A crema lucchese and a cheesecake. The crema lucchese was very special, being mixed with the typical Lucchese buccellato, a sweet dessert. It was a bit dry and a bit too sticky in the mouth. The service, while friendly, was slow, and we had to call the waitress to remember us after the risotto. The bill was reasonable for the location and the food, €57 total. The owner of the place is rustic in manner but frank....

Hermoso edificio, gran ambiente y buen servicio. Porciones muy generosas, sobre generoud, mi prosciutto e melone y su lardo estuvieron bien pero los platos principales tuvieron menos éxito. Mi Bakula mi pavo estaba un poco mal cocido y su filete a pesar de pedir un medio raro vino hecho con una salsa bastante desagradable en la parte superior. Los precios se han disparado recientemente, pero la calidad de los alimentos no ha aumentado con el costo

Posto carino, vicino a Piazza Anfiteatro. Cibo buono, piatti abbondanti. Servizio velocissimo e impeccabile. Ambiente familiare.
