Osteria Bar Al Fontego In Venezia

I recently went to this little place... for breakfast... a very welcoming and nice environment. Excellent service...excellent raw material products. I highly recommend it.

The ordered lunch set costs EUR 15. Spaghetti carbonara + meatballs + potatoes. The portions are not large, but sufficient and adequate to the price. Tasty food, nice service, nice place. I recommend.

Your chance to get Italian food in Venice not in a tourist trap. Valid as of May 2024, if chef will leave, we never know what will be there. But if you are close to the date, hurry up to visit it. Everything with seafood is especially good, but, again, the quality of all dishes is oustanding for center if Venice and even for North Italy overall. House wine - kind of semi dry sparkling style is very nice: white and red and even prosecco looks like not from supermarket. But even simple pizza margarita - is best I tried in North Italy.

Restaurant found randomly thanks to The Fork. Located a few minutes' walk from the Academia bridge on Campo Santa Margherita square, the restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside. But different atmosphere inside, not very big but authentic and cozy. Very good welcome and service. And on the kitchen side, beyond our expectations. The mixed sea tapas is excellent (1 for 2, more than enough), and we go up a level with the lobster tagliatelle, delicious as can be and for a very reasonable price. All accompanied by an excellent bottle of pinot gris at a very reasonable price. The dishes, in addition to being delicious, were copious, and more room for dessert :) In short, a great experience to absolutely discover if you are looking for typical, quality cuisine.

All in all good, but unfair staff as it leads us to take a disproportionately large cutting board for two people, ALL FOR A MISERABLE 10 EUROS.

Good food, the cover to sit is €1.5 and the service is excellent. They gave us a free strawberry dessert for our 3 year old girl. Of the restaurants in the area, I think they are the best.

Service adorable. Et prix très très correct pour Venise. Pas de surprise à l addition. Des plats simples mais bon. On n en demande pas plus. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
