I was invited to discover this osteria by chance while on vacation in Sicily. And what can I say? Simply perfect :-) From the welcome by the manager to the table service and the exquisite food and wine, this visit was a true feast. Sicilian cuisine at its finest, set in a lovingly designed interior. The few tables outside in the narrow alley are stylishly set and have an inviting feel. Nothing seems overdone; instead, it's authentic, professional, and the hospitality is palpable. A wonderful evening. Thank you Gianluca and the entire team.

"Stepping inside, you're immediately impressed by the very fancy and sophisticated setting. Unfortunately, the dining experience didn't follow through on that promise. The dishes were decent, but they lacked the creativity and refined taste you'd expect from such a polished environment. It's a gorgeous space, but the food doesn't match the level of the decor."

Taste of Sicily, the menu focuses on starters with a wide variety. Let's try palemo street food with black squid ink spaghetti, a black squid ink dish with a unique taste with the addition of burnt tomatoes to increase the sweetness. The squid is not tough, the taste is rich and can be eaten continuously. The noodles are very good. As for the mixed plate, there are fried dishes!! We tried things like fried cheese and fried risotto, which was a good experience. We don't have to go looking for them in the market. But this dish is very average. Good service, good atmosphere.

For us, he was a guardian angel, a silent yet attentive guide, a constant presence that allowed us to experience our most beautiful day with serenity and fulfillment. With Sandro, we felt protected, accompanied, and "protected" at crucial moments, just like family. His empathy, kindness, and timeless style left a profound impression not only on us, but also on our guests, who perceived him as an integral part of the celebration. Alongside him, the vision and solidity of the Fiandaca brothers, owners and the entrepreneurial spirit of Il Ghiottone Raffinato, deserve sincere praise. Thanks to their leadership, this event stands out for its impeccable organization, top-notch culinary choices, and a team that works in perfect harmony. The culinary journey was extraordinary. The freshest fish and exquisite oysters captivated guests from the start. The creative and delicious appetizers transformed the anticipation into a surprising and convivial experience. The authentic grilled meat and local produce, accompanied by craft beers, celebrated roots and tradition with an innovative touch. Finally, the spirits and chocolate table capped the celebration with a moment of refined conviviality, leaving guests with vivid and memorable memories.
