I just opened a business next to this Enoteca which is located in Corso Italia 137 just down a few steps next to the municipal fountain. I met the owner and I went to lunch to eat an excellent tartare, delicate with a right balance of the condiments that composed it. The menu also offered cutting boards of researched cured meats with particular seasonings to make them sophisticated, I would have tried them all, but I will save them for the next time. The proposals differ from the commercial ones found in traditional bars where you don't even know where the cured meats come from and often you know to have more margins you don't offer quality. Of course you have to know about it to taste the products offered and not all palates can interpret their refinement well. The environment is absolutely relaxing and offers tables in the shade of a beautiful tree. The price is in line with the quality offered.
