A wine bar run by a conscientious owner. The wine list is excellent. If you feel hesitant to order a whole bottle, I recommend trying a glass. Trust the owner's taste.

I just opened a business next to this Enoteca which is located in Corso Italia 137 just down a few steps next to the municipal fountain. I met the owner and I went to lunch to eat an excellent tartare, delicate with a right balance of the condiments that composed it. The menu also offered cutting boards of researched cured meats with particular seasonings to make them sophisticated, I would have tried them all, but I will save them for the next time. The proposals differ from the commercial ones found in traditional bars where you don't even know where the cured meats come from and often you know to have more margins you don't offer quality. Of course you have to know about it to taste the products offered and not all palates can interpret their refinement well. The environment is absolutely relaxing and offers tables in the shade of a beautiful tree. The price is in line with the quality offered.

10/08/2025: Excellent pastry shop, a great selection of cakes in various sizes. Wide selection of pastries and ice cream combinations. Perfect for breakfast and snacks.
08/08/2025: We were absolutely thrilled! The food – especially the pizza – was simply outstanding. Each of us tried a different version, and everyone agreed: great flavor, great crust, high-quality ingredients. The drinks were also delicious, and the wine was also impressive. We'd especially like to highlight the service: very attentive, friendly, and even multilingual – that made the evening even more enjoyable. A real highlight: There was a small concert taking place right next door, which perfectly rounded off the already great atmosphere. If you're looking for good pizza in a relaxed atmosphere, this is the place for you. We'll definitely be back! 🍕🍷🎶

27/01/2025: Ho cenato con mia moglie e mio figlio il primo giorno della nostra settima bianca, sono 15 anni che vengo a cortina ma non lo conoscevo, è stata una piacevole sorpresa, ottimo servizio, ottimi piatti di grande gusto e fantasia, quindi lo chef veramente bravo, ma ad un certo punto abbiamo ordinato 2 calici di vino, capisco che siamo turisti ma non siamo cretini però !!! 12 € a calice che era meno di un dito, praticamente 2 calici invisibili 24 € ma state fuori di melone proprio ! Io sono un ristoratore e conosco benissimo le spese, i costi ecc… ecc… la media di un calice di rosso locale si aggira dai 5 ai 7 € Capisco la location, avrei capito 8/9/10 € ma 12 € un filo di vino versato nel calice è veramente una presa in giro e se posso dare un consiglio non tirate troppo la corda, perché a Cortina state esagerando un po’ tutti e il calo purtroppo è visibile in tutto il paese, fatevi 2 domande e datevi 2 risposte, è bello lavorare con la gente ricca ma il volume lo fanno le persone medie, il popolo da cui è formata per la maggior parte la nostra nazione, comunque scente vostre… il mio rimane un umile consiglio, ripeto a dire, tutto ottimo, tutto bello, ma alcune cose stonavano nel contesto… tutto qui, comunque complimenti ai camerieri e allo chef.
25/12/2024: Ogni volta un piacere…servizio sempre attento..i piatti di Max non sono MAI banali…ed il palato ringrazia…Adriana e lo staff sono empatici e professionali…a Cortina d’Ampezzo sono i numeri 1!!!
