Abbamo opted for the fixed price menu: excellent lunch. The food was cooked very well (fantastic pappardelle and pork loin with mushrooms 🔝). The only flaw was that the room was a little cold. We will return anyway. Maybe in the spring

This tavern is located 10 minutes from the Fidenza outlet, immersed in the Parma countryside. I went there on Sunday and, seeing some negative reviews, I stopped without high expectations. Fortunately, like many negative reviews found on sites I noticed that they are unfounded. It is a place that serves dishes they produce and are typical of the Parma area. I had the ricotta and spinach tortelli with poured butter and parmesan and as a second course some baked duck. Fantastic tortelli. Homemade pasta and tasty filling. The baked duck.... very tender meat and nice crispy skin. My partner took the Parma trio which he said was good and the bacon with pioppini mushrooms, very tender and tasty. A tray of raw ham and 4 slices of culatello di zibello before the right coffee to satisfy the desire for cured meats. All for the price of €84. Yes, it's true, not cheap but as they say.... you pay for quality.

This Osteria was a great discovery We tried the "work" menu: Gnocchi with parmesan and walnut fondue and cotechino with roasted potatoes. Spectacular! We also had room for a dessert and we tried the sbrisolona with hot zabaglione: wonderful. All for €38 ... VAT included

Osteria Ardenga! Place accredited by the Grand Duchy of Parma in the person of Prince Meli Lupi of Soragna even before Michelin as a guide and by ourselves who are connoisseurs of restaurants, trattorias and good traditional cuisine. Top culatello, roast duck 10 with honors and a democratic cellar for all budgets Clean, tidy and familiar. Highly recommended even during the week as a work menu. Well done!! ❤️

Trattoria Capelli

22/01/2025: I have been going to Trattoria Capelli for a lot of years now, Parma and local cuisine, the dishes are always excellent and made with love. Among my favorites are green tortelli from Spalla cotta and all tortelli in general, the second courses are also delicious, as are desserts I'm always torn between tiramisu and tiramigiú.
