An osteria that makes simplicity and a homely feel its strong points. I admit that at first glance the exterior and the entrance had made me turn up my nose, since they do not appear very inviting, but when I arrived in the innermost room, I had to change my mind. In fact, I have always loved the rustic taste that certain places give to their interiors. At first glance, I was not convinced by the cost of the cold cuts platter with fried gnocco and giardiniera, higher than the Piacenza standard; but seeing the quantity of cold cuts and the goodness of everything, I was able to change my mind. A truly excellent appetizer, with seasoned cold cuts and fried gnocco which, despite being made up of smaller pieces than normal, was enough. The bread included in the cover charge was also delicious. The pasta was perfectly al dente: the tortelli with tail were excellent as per tradition, while I found the crescents with taleggio and pears to be very delicate. At times, perhaps, a little too much, since in some ravioli you could barely taste the seasoning. In any case, the portions were right. The desserts made us end the dinner in style: the house tiramisu literally seemed to be made at home, since my mother has always assembled it in a similar way; the sbrisolona, on the other hand, was perfect with its very light salty aftertaste, an excellent contrast with the mascarpone cream. The prices are normal for the quality of the dishes offered. An extra touch to the pleasantness of the evening was given by the staff, which I immediately noticed was easy-going. I don't know if it's a family business, but that's what I perceived during this experience: so much familiarity, warmth and commitment to their business. I found it extremely sweet to be served also by the little daughter of a woman on the staff, but in general the whole team was impeccable. We left with a smile on our faces and full bellies. I will definitely go back soon because I'm very curious to try the chestnut tagliatelle with braised meat too. I love it when menus combine traditional dishes with one-of-a-kind finds.

It's an atomic bomb for those who like to eat and not spend a lot, you can also spend a lot on steak, mixed fried rice with mushrooms 🍄 I recommend you go and try....

Sufficiently positive experience, although as the tables were very close together, and the lot of confusion bothered me... Too much chaos....
For the rest everything is normal, apart from a little something....
Prices in the ranks with various menus, fast work....

Oggi a pranzo qua...invogliato da un amico, ma anche in coda da me...
Entrando mi indicano di andare piu avanti che ci satebbe stato chi mi avrebbe accomoagnato al tavolo,.
Appena entro vedo uno stanzone con tavoli stretti e vicini, quasi gomito gomito...quasi pieno di operai.
La carta portatami, presenta le cose tipiche di un osteria, e vari menu lavoro veloci...i prezzi contenuti, nella norma.
Scelgo i miei piatti, nel frattempo osservo il rumore forte delle persone e il via vai della sala...che cresce...
Salumi con tanta pancetta, coppa metà della quantità della pancetta e 3 fette di salame contate 15 euro con giardiniera.
Dopo scelgo il tagliolino cacio e pepe, arriva in un piatto piano molto grande che purtroppo essendo freddo, sfredda ill tagliolino tiepido... Abbastanza legato, non tanto cremoso.. Cmq sufficentemente buono.. Infine tagliata di carne con patate arrosto... Qua purtroppo la piastra ha creato una marcatura che ha contaminato un pò il gusto,
Avendo all interno dei nervettini, mi sono chiesto che taglio fosse, visto che non mi era mai successo...
Nel complesso forse meglio la sera, la mattina troppo caotica

Traditional Piacenza trattoria... I would say you can find better places in Piacenza. The cold cuts and wine were very good, but the first courses were less so. We didn't get to the desserts because the waitress forgot about us and, after a bit of waiting, we left the restaurant. The service was welcoming at first but lost its way during the meal. Average price.
