Great atmosphere and very, very delicious food. Typical Florentine fare with homemade pasta. The wine was also delicious. All in all, a fantastic experience!

Super delicious, authentic Italian food. Our companion felt like she was at her grandmother's house. Despite arriving a little early, we even received a complimentary glass of sparkling wine while we waited. The waiters were more than friendly and attentive to our needs. Please make a reservation if you'd like to have the chance to eat there.

I can here with my wife at around 730 I believe and the restaurant was fully booked. We did not have a reservation but the waiter let us know that if we came back in an hour we could be seated. We used that time to go grab a couple drinks from across the street. When we came back we were seated upstairs which is a nice cozy atmosphere. I ordered the pasta with wild boar and my wife ordered the ravioli with truffle. I have never ate boar before and my first experience was exceptional. I would definitely recommend this restaurant again to anyone who is looking for a great restaurant in Florence.

Absolutely incredible food and service!! This was my first meal in Italy and it did not disappoint! The carbonara was absolutely amazing and so rich! The caprese was so fresh and flavourful! Absolutely amazing!

We stopped here as soon as we landed in Florence…and came back 2 days later because we loved it. The Steak was cooked to perfection and goes perfectly with the roasted potatoes. The Pesto and the Truffle Pasta were also lovely. Good wine selection and atmosphere. Highly recommended !

Heerlijk gegeten. Op een klein plein, in een hoekje gepositioneerd. Reserveren is gewenst, want het is altijd druk. Das natuurlijk niet voor niets. Verse producten en fijne, attente bediening. Ga hier heen voor echte Italiaanse pasta- en vleesgerechten. Wij aten heerlijke Tagliatelle Di Manzo en Pasta Tartufo

04/10/2025: Jo'el or Joel (sorry I'm not sure how to properly spell the name), was very very nice and patient and always greeted us with a smile. The food was so filling and delicious. Furthermore, the place was wonderful with nice music. From the son of the account owner 😁

Pizzeria I Camaldoli

08/10/2025: A very good pizzeria, with the option to modify a pizza based on intolerances/allergies. My partner chose a pizza without cheese because she was allergic to milk. The server told us it was no problem, and just before serving it, the kitchen noticed that the pizza was milk-free. The server came over to us and explained that the pesto contained a very small amount of cheese, so we also said no pesto. All this to say that they did a remarkable job both in the kitchen and in the service, and that we had a wonderful evening thanks to their professionalism. Their dessert is also very good, and the wine with dessert is excellent.
08/10/2025: I'm only giving it 5 stars because Google doesn't allow 6 stars! Come (yes, I say come because I'm still writing this review here at the restaurant) and eat one of the best pizzas I've ever had—and I've had many in many countries—and enjoy the Panna Cotta and Gelato. And by the way, this gelato is better than any I've had at any ice cream shop here, and I still don't know how to explain the Panna Cotta.
