A very good location in the Old Town, with competent, flexible, and friendly service. The food is varied, though: the pumpkin tortelloni is excellent, and the cotolleto bolognese is also excellent, but the potatoes are weak. The lasagna and tagliatelle a ragu bolognese are very good, but the sweets are stale. The prices are decent, so it's worth a visit.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, explaining all the dishes on the menu. Although the place is a bit crowded and you're cramped, it's more than fine given its central location. The Cotoletta alla Bolognese is delicious; I highly recommend it.

I finally got to taste the Bolognese Bolognese. The ham was indeed thinner, but lacked the usual peppery flavor. The Bolognese was very fragrant when first served. But it needs to be eaten hot, as the aroma fades quickly. I also tried Bolognese beer. Kappa Oka was delicious at first, but it took on a bitter after 10 minutes. It was a busy day, and I'm grateful to the receptionist for making room for me so I could have a good meal.

28/09/2025: The crostoni with lard and honey are delicious, along with excellent wine selections and delicious tortellini in capon broth. Impeccable service, a refined setting, and a simple yet elegant atmosphere. We'll be back for the Balanzoni.

09/10/2025: Great food great service definitely a must stop great price great taste! There was a male server there who made us feel welcome and we really appreciated that! Didn’t get his name but he is a young guy with a nose piercing, if you read this you are amazing!
