Our favorite neighbourhood pizzeria! Located in Silvella (UD), this modest hole-in-the-wall pizzeria is one of the best pizzerias in Friuli Venezia Giulia! We always order their “GIRO PIZZA” (“Pizza Tour”)— this unique offer allows diners to select different pizza flavors/combinations of their choice from Ambaradan’s Special/Gourmet Pizza Menù. Ambaradan offers the most unique pizza combinations with the freshest ingredients often at 0 km. Reservations are not required but I recommend booking in advance!

We stopped by on our bike tour. We arrived early and had the chance to hear the chef introduce us to his special pizzas. The expert spoke enthusiastically about his new creations. So, here you'll find both standard and very special, often local, combinations. Very good pizzas, explained with great respect. That was a nice surprise! From the outside, the pizzeria looks more like a takeaway pizzeria. Of course, it's completely different inside. The neighborhood knows this place well, so it's best to arrive early!

It is always a pleasure both for the delicious pizza and for the service of the staff, then the digestive "lusor" personalized by the top owner.

For me it is the best pizza in Friuli Venezia Giulia, the only place that doesn't even ask you for the cover charge, the hospitality is beyond compare, it feels like being in your own family, Nicola is the best, the place is welcoming but what makes it unmatched is the quality of the pizza, number one in absolute terms and top beers too.

A truly hidden gem – a unique experience! 💎 We've never found such a wonderful place to dine as here at Pizzeria Osteria Ambaradan. In our opinion, it's truly a hidden gem. From our stay in Croatia, we planned a day trip to Trieste and asked ChatGPT for a special place to end the day. Their recommendation: a pizzeria in a small Italian village, about an hour and a half's drive from Trieste. We didn't regret it for a moment – quite the opposite. What we found was a location with character: on a deserted village square, in a sleepy Italian hamlet, stands this restaurant, which doesn't immediately stand out from the outside. But appearances can be deceiving. Inside, a warm welcome awaits, a welcoming atmosphere, and above all: fantastic food. The pizzas were delicious, the wine well-chosen, and to finish, we enjoyed a phenomenal tiramisu and a strong caffè doppio. The staff—presumably the owners as well—helped us kindly and patiently, despite our limited Italian vocabulary. It's precisely that genuine interaction that makes it complete. Here you dine far from the tourist crowds, in a place that still feels pure and authentic. Thank you for your hospitality—and rest assured: we'll take good care of the cactus 🌵 we received. My family and I usually get takeout, but last night I went with my girlfriend for pizza and we were really satisfied. The service was very friendly and family-like, the pizza was delicious and we literally devoured it, and the delivery time was fantastic (only a 5-10 minute wait after ordering). We'll definitely be back!

Fedelissima della pizza Margherita mi sono lasciata convincere dal proprietario a cambiare, ho provato, grazie al giro pizza, quella con la burrata e quella con misticanza, formaggio salato e pere. Entrambe squisite, l' impasto sottile con la giusta croccantezza.
