A simple yet welcoming atmosphere, fast service, and warm staff.
Even though I'm a Neapolitan pizza lover, I really enjoyed Ambaradan's offerings. I appreciated the unusual combinations on some pizzas (like cavolo nero cream, mozzarella, and anchovies).
An added bonus: there's no cover charge!

The atmosphere is simple and homey. The pizzas are excellent. For larger groups, there's also the option of a "pizza tour," where you can sample several gourmet pizzas with unique ingredients, but the pairings are always spot on.

The food was excellent, and by going on the "pizza tour," everyone gets to sample a slice of various gourmet pizzas, carefully crafted with unusual and beautifully combined ingredients (kale, honey, pumpkin, etc.). The service was incredibly warm; we felt right at home because the love of the people who work here is evident and felt throughout.

Our favorite neighbourhood pizzeria! Located in Silvella (UD), this modest hole-in-the-wall pizzeria is one of the best pizzerias in Friuli Venezia Giulia! We always order their “GIRO PIZZA” (“Pizza Tour”)— this unique offer allows diners to select different pizza flavors/combinations of their choice from Ambaradan’s Special/Gourmet Pizza Menù. Ambaradan offers the most unique pizza combinations with the freshest ingredients often at 0 km. Reservations are not required but I recommend booking in advance!
