The location is surrounded by greenery and the interior is very beautiful. The staff is kind and friendly. The dishes are very well presented and everything is homemade.

Honestly, I don’t understand on what basis the restaurant received the MICHELIN Guide – an ordinary restaurant. We tried different dishes together – from appetizers to dessert – and neither of us was delighted.

For years it has been my favorite in that area I returned at the beginning of this month and I found after several years the same family atmosphere even if Mr. Giancarlo is no longer among us but Mrs. Teresa and her children still testify to his presence through a truly excellent cuisine in an environment that is also reserved if you want but where conviviality can reign supreme. A place where you can't miss even just to be able to say I've been there. Of the cuisine, certainly everything and more has been said, I would like to add a thank you for having made me discover, appreciate and taste the radicchio specialty of the house and other dishes.

Le frasi latine sono scolpite nella pietra ed è per questo che sono arrivate sino a noi. Qui rimarrete benissimo, vuol dire un'ottima qualità del cibo, una cameriera gentilissima e un costo inferiore a ciò che ci si poteva aspettare. E nei piatti anche un tocco di originalità. Che la frase "Hic Manebis Optime" sia allora scolpita sull'insegna del ristorante.

Io ed il mio fidanzato ci siamo stati ieri sera 26/02/2025. I colleghi di studio mi avevano regalato per il mio compleanno una cena per due. Siamo stati felicissimi di visitare questo locale che è molto ben curato. Abbiamo mangiato delle prelibatezze! Tutto squisito: dall'antipasto al dolce! Il personale è gentilissimo. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente perchè merita. Chapeau. Arianna e Diego

04/07/2025: Exceptional, only advice, book after 8.30pm because otherwise you will suffer a bit from the heat, but the food, service and atmosphere are pure magic.
26/06/2025: The turbine is an exceptional discovery! Open kitchen that churns out interesting dishes mix between typical history and modern variations. A good sommelier guides you in the choice of selected wines some bottles are a gem. All good appetizers first courses second courses and desserts taken care of. Service from a tavern but plus! Friendly and cordial. An oasis like any starred one cared for with love.
