Honestly, I don’t understand on what basis the restaurant received the MICHELIN Guide – an ordinary restaurant. We tried different dishes together – from appetizers to dessert – and neither of us was delighted.

Le frasi latine sono scolpite nella pietra ed è per questo che sono arrivate sino a noi. Qui rimarrete benissimo, vuol dire un'ottima qualità del cibo, una cameriera gentilissima e un costo inferiore a ciò che ci si poteva aspettare. E nei piatti anche un tocco di originalità. Che la frase "Hic Manebis Optime" sia allora scolpita sull'insegna del ristorante.

21/09/2025: This is one of those restaurants you simply must try. We went for lunch today and had a wonderful meal. A special mention goes to the off-menu appetizer: raw scampi and shrimp with caramelized red onion and passion fruit sauce, which, in its simplicity, was an excellent dish. The tagliolini with clams, cherry tomatoes, and bottarga were also excellent, cooked to perfection and with a beautifully balanced flavor (we almost asked for seconds). The dining room staff were young, friendly, and attentive... and the kitchen staff knew their stuff, really. Well done! Given the quality of the products and the mastery in creating the dishes, the price was fair.
14/09/2025: A truly memorable experience. Beautifully prepared quality food in a stylish designed restaurant. The staff are excellent in every way and can recommend to everyone!
