19/05/2025: Refined atmosphere, attentive and friendly service, impeccable raw materials
13/05/2025: I went to this place for a birthday and I have to say it was a real discovery. Here you eat top-quality meat, prepared with skill and passion.
We started with a truly excellent selection of raw fish: delicate tartare, cut with a knife with great precision and served with small combinations that enhanced the taste, and a very tender carpaccio, cut very finely and rich in flavor. Everything smelled of freshness and quality.
For the second course we chose a grilled rib eye, served rare and cut to perfection. Impeccable cooking, juicy, tasty and soft meat as you rarely find. All accompanied by an excellent red wine, selected from the many labels available: you can tell that there is great attention to the cellar, not just the cuisine.
The service was courteous, punctual and very prepared, with staff capable of explaining the cuts and giving targeted advice. The environment is well-kept, warm and welcoming, perfect for a special dinner or for those who love meat in all its forms.
The place is not very big, so I strongly recommend booking a bit in advance, especially on weekends. But it is absolutely worth it.
Finally, a note on the price: absolutely consistent with the quality of the raw materials, the care in the dishes and the entire experience. Here you pay to eat really well, and you leave fully satisfied.
