The place is surrounded by greenery and with a good modern but not cold renovation. Lunch on the run due to commitments. Very kind staff. Good tortellini in broth and excellent cod with storo polenta Good hazelnut cake Come back even in good weather

Locale molto accogliente e ordinato . Servizio perfetto , con Chef Alberti che personalmente ( quando può) ti presenta le portate . Da non perdere il vitello tonnato , che è tonnato davvero , ma non ve lo descrivo. Andate ad assaggiarlo . Baccalà con polenta reinventato semplicemente sontuoso . Bella la scelta di non avere la carta dei vini , devi andare a vedere la bottiglia , sopra c’è il prezzo , e trovi quello che ti piace ( bottiglie sceltissine) con un ricarico onesto. Dessert di grande inventiva. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. A voi la scelta se goderne o meno !

Posto tranquillo, curato nei dettagli con un pizzico di arte e colore che arricchisce l'esperienza. Ottima cucina del territorio, una polenta fritta croccante al punto giusto e piena nel suo sapore, un piatto di bollito variegato e tenerissimo, una buona porzione senza esagerare. Tre bei piatti di risotto per chi era con me, un ottimo primo che non ha deluso le aspettative nemmeno nella sua presentazione. Non abbiamo potuto farci mancare il dolce, ottimo tris di cremini, insieme al caffè e due battute con l'oste, attento agli dettagli quanto cordiale e discreto. Ci torneremo 💛

Recently had dinner with friends, I can't say anything other than that it is a place where everything excels starting from the raw materials and the dishes themselves up to the service, the location and the quality/price ratio in general. I highly recommend.

02/03/2025: Dinner with family upon arrival greeted professionally by Mr. Michele. Elegant room with comfortable tables and fast service even though the restaurant was full. Excellent food with quality and fresh products, excellent fillet and tartare. Thanks to Gilberto and Pavel for the pleasant evening. Advised.
27/02/2025: We chose the Vignal Restaurant, located inside the Hotel Villa Malaspina, to celebrate 35 years of our business and we couldn't have made a better choice! The large spaces allowed us to welcome our guests inside the rooms and without parking problems. The food was excellent, plentiful, with attention to every detail and appreciated by all the guests. The service is professional and always attentive. The atmosphere they helped us create was simply perfect: the layout of the buffet and the tables in the room, the flowers at the center of the table, the advice and the willingness to set up a corner for photos. Heartfelt thanks to Federica, Gilberto, Pavel and all the staff for making this evening so special! We will definitely be back!
