Lunch at 14.00 euros good... friendly staff who, even if very busy, always have a smile... in the evening excellent fish dishes at an average price. In the evening you may have to wait a little longer....but that's okay. Compliments to the kind and friendly owner

Went there as we were staying a few days in Venice, and wanted to go on a one day trip somewhere. We ended up in Treviso and, after a 2 hours stroll around, we just wanted to have lunch somewhere. Came across this place next to the train station, and had a nice lunch over there : ) It is one of these places that they only do the menu of the day (same as Spain), but it is more than enough to keep you on the go for the rest of the day, exploring Venice or wherever you go. The menu of the day is 14 euros each and it features two courses + side and a drink...although the pasta that I had was not the best I have ever had, I just wanted to stress that Venice has got that expensive that, if you do the numbers, it's worth getting over there by train (takes around 30 mins to get there, 4 euros each leg per person) for lunch (14 euros each) even if it's only for lunch, as personally I haven't managed at all, in five days, to find one place for lunch/dinner in Venice where you could get a proper lunch like that for less than 22 euros each without risking getting properly food poisoned for the rest of your stay in Venice. On the other hand, just wanted to mention a great guy who talks spanish as he was so great, kind and helpful in order to help us to get what we wanted. Please please please, let him know that he was fantastic! Bravissimo! To sum it up, a nice little gem hidden that will make you feel that you are having lunch in proper Italy, rather than being ripped off in a random tourist trap. Just a heads up; from monday till thursday they don't open in the evening, they only do lunch during those days. You're welcome. Diego.

I stopped at this excellent Osteria for the first time during a business trip. Located 2 minutes walk from the station, it is an excellent solution for those who want to have lunch with simple but well-made dishes. Fixed menu with different options of first courses, second courses and side dishes. I ordered some really well made farfalle with anchovies, cherry tomatoes and basil with a pepper and walnut salad. Water, cover charge and coffee included at the total price of €10. Very friendly staff and quick service times. I highly recommend it to anyone who is passing through or for lunch breaks.

Had the daily menu which was delicious. Non-touristic restaurant full of locals and a great €14 full menu.

The place is very crowded, the service is a bit confusing and not very present unless called, the quality of the food is average... at lunch you shouldn't expect much... we order a salad and we get a miserable salad with HALF A WHOLE ONION inside... not cut... shows little attention to service... but it can happen...!! In short, a classic restaurant room environment.. nothing special.. quite confusing....!!!
