We went to this place for a dinner as a couple in February, we had no problem booking a table, with very little notice.
Once we reached the restaurant we were welcomed and accompanied to the table without waiting and when we asked to change rooms to have a more comfortable temperature, we were immediately satisfied.
Immediately after being seated, we were offered some homemade bread with excellent quality extra virgin olive oil for tasting. Subsequently we were accompanied, physically, in choosing the cut of meat and while waiting at our table we were offered a delicious meat tartare. The Black Angus Maremmano Fiorentina we chose was very popular together with the wine, a classic Chianti from the area and the dessert.
When paying we were also kindly offered a digestive of our choice, all for €116, in my opinion an excellent price!

Very refined and refined environment. Special food: if you order the Fiorentina, they make you choose the cut and weight, explaining the differences in the various types of meat. Then, among other things, while waiting for the meat, they offered us some truly excellent croutons. However, we had some inconveniences: they had a problem with the hood and therefore there was smoke from the embers reaching the room. As a result they opened the windows and in January it's not the best... Even in the bathroom it was very cold. And then the bill: salty. It's certainly not a cheap place, but it's a special place.

Relaxed fine dining. They let us in in jeans. It was a last minute Boxing Day supper, recommended by our hotel in Radda.
We tried a range of their foods, everything excellent. Beef cheek, egg crostini, vegetable terrine, even insalata mista was excellent.

Probably the best restaurant in the country. Honorable mention for the staff, very young and highly trained. We had a nice evening and it's always nice to see things like this.

Esperienza da 110 e lode! Staff preparato e attento ai dettagli, cibo incredibile, ci hanno fatto sentire a casa ❤️
I piatti sono un mix di gourmet e cucina Toscana, carni pregiate e altre pregiatissime e combinazioni studiate al dettaglio e ricche di prodotti Toscani e a km0, entrée di livello... A fine serata ci siamo trattenuti con gran piacere assieme allo staff
