We particularly appreciated the informal atmosphere of the restaurant. As soon as we arrived they made us sit in a heated outdoor space with blankets The cured meat starter was excellent, I expected the pasta to be a little more "pistacious" but all in all not bad

Civita di Bagnoregio is a fascinating village where one might think of spending excessively on food without having equal quality. However, this is not the case! Our son was won over by the menu displayed outside the restaurant and we decided to have lunch here... Excellent choice! Spectacular dishes, in taste and appearance. Compliments to all the staff for the preparations and table service.

Abbiamo cenato nell'unico ristorante aperto alla sera nel borgo, ma direi che siamo stati bene, il posto carino, buona la qualità dei piatti e prezzo nella norma. Il cameriere, un ragazzo giovane e molto gentile, merita una particolare menzione.

On the side of the central square of the "village that is crumbling", a very nice place: I ate outside (2 January) with mushroom and covers. Fast and very friendly service, good dishes at honest prices. The owners produce oil, with a delicate flavour. Advised!

In a village out of time Il Forno si Agnese is an absolutely enchanting place. Very kind owners, attentive, fast and professional staff and delicious food. Even though there was a very long waiting line outside the restaurant, we were treated with attention and without haste. Absolutely recommended. See you soon

Having just come out, I feel like sharing this experience. Excellent food, from the appetizers (I recommend the lard and beans in anchovy cream) to the first and second courses (the superlative pici with truffles or amatriciana and the pappardelle with wild boar), passing through the second courses and even the tiramisu. Friendly, quick staff and a truly welcoming atmosphere. Absolutely reasonable prices. Highly recommended!

Great place to eat in Civita. Very nice atmosphere and excellent service. The dishes are very generous and of excellent quality. I would even go back immediately!

Excellent surprise. We arrived around 4pm and still received good service. We ordered 2 pasta dishes, a wine and dessert. Everything was delicious. It wasn't the cheapest place, but the experience was worth it! I would go back again to try other dishes.

13/02/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A perfect experience between taste and atmosphere! Having dinner at this restaurant with my girlfriend was an excellent choice. Since our arrival, we were welcomed with great cordiality and accompanied in an intimate and evocative environment, immersed among the ancient walls and arches of Sutri. A true hidden diamond, perfect for a special evening. We decided to share an appetizer, a first course and a second course, accompanied by half a liter of excellent quality local wine. At our request, we were kindly served fragrant bread with excellent extra virgin olive oil, a detail that we really appreciated. Our culinary journey began with porchetta meatballs on parmesan cream, a dish with a strong flavor but perfectly balanced by the creaminess of the cream. Next, the fettuccine with wild boar ragù, the true protagonists of the evening: fresh pasta perfectly al dente, surrounded by a rich and tasty ragù, in which the wild taste of the wild boar married perfectly with the delicacy of the pasta. The suckling pig with potato millefeuille confirmed the very high quality of the cuisine: very tender meat with a crunchy crust and an accompaniment that enhanced every bite. The dessert closed the dinner in the best possible way: a strong and perfectly balanced tiramisu, with fragrant ladyfingers, the right intensity of coffee and a simply extraordinary cream. To conclude, an excellent chestnut liqueur, a gem that left a very pleasant memory. Attentive and attentive service, high quality ingredients and an enchanting atmosphere make this restaurant a true pearl. If you are in Sutri, you can't miss it!
