Fantastic! We ordered à la carte. The food was spectacular, everything was delicious, including some of the best Venetian-style sardines I've ever had. They have an extensive wine list, both by the bottle and by the glass. We asked the waitress for recommendations on the best wine pairings for our meal. The dining room is small, but intimate and peaceful. Highly recommended.

If you want to experience authentic Venetian cuisine, far from the tourist traps, this is the place to go. From the meatballs to the pasta dishes (the bigoli in salsa was heartbreaking), to the main courses and desserts, everything we ordered was incredibly good.
Great attention was also paid to the wines, with some truly special ones. The wait staff was excellent, knowledgeable and passionate about explaining the dishes and wines. A place worth returning to!

Really warm and cozy place. The best food we had in venice. The waitress was so kind and helpful, we felt really good and had the best cichetti. The panna cota was so good that we forgot to take a photo 😝. I really recommend making reservations in advance because they don't have that many tables inside.

Great atmosphere and a very cosy and intimate restaurant tucked away in a narrow lane in Venice; the had baked ricotta with broccoli which was amazingly tasty, the cuttlefish spaghetti was light and not over-empowered by the fishiness of the ink, which was delicious; we also had mixed fried fish that reminded us of Japanese style tempura, light and crispy batter and well-seasoned; the Venetian style bigoli was a little salty for our tastebuds but I guess that was due to anchovy used, but was still quite tasty. The lady who served us was warm and welcoming, which was a contrast to prior experience we had while traveling around Italy over the last one week (as we felt many restaurants and cafe staff were brash and abrupt to tourists?) Overall the dinning experience was excellent, we also had tiramisu to finish off and it was very good.

I visited alone from Japan.
By chance, there was an empty seat at the counter so I was able to sit in right away.
I ordered white wine and squid ink pasta.
The waiter said, "I'll choose a white wine that goes well with the squid ink pasta," so I left it to him.
In the end, it was a very good dinner.
Also, the crispy bread served as an appetizer was so delicious that I became addicted to it.
