Right in the middle of Venetian life. Crowded with students and locals for a little aperitif after work. The service is on the ball and the kitchen brings small, tasty things to the table. Great wine selection!

What an absolute gem. Excellent, experienced and welcoming staff (in English). The small cosy restaurant has an amazing atmosphere. Food was superb. Definitely worth taking a turn of the main street to go here. Do reservate a table in advance.

Osteria al Cicheto offers good quality traditional Venetian cuisine, with carefully prepared dishes that enhance the authentic flavors of the region. The atmosphere is intimate, but some may find the space a little cramped, especially during peak hours. The prices, in my opinion, are slightly above average, but can be justified by the attention to ingredients and preparation. Despite these details, the culinary experience remains interesting for those who wish to explore local flavors in an environment with a typical character.

Bacaro and tavern, we opt for the latter, with truly flattering results for the goodness of the dishes brought to the table.
A minimal place from the point of view of space, we tried it with some hesitation, due to the proximity to the other customers, who in some cases were particularly noisy.
Nothing to say about what we ate, cooked to perfection with very delicate and pleasant flavors and taste.
Venetian fish cuisine is a pleasure to savor and at cicheto you can eat really well.
Courteous and efficient service, bill compatible with what you ate. Well done, we'll be back.

Sono stato con alcuni amici che lavorano a Venezia per fare aperitivo con i classici cichetti. Sul prezzo non so dare informazioni (ero ospite) ma la qualità dei vini, accuratamente selezionati tra quelli naturali e presentati con dettagli sulla loro produzione, era davvero eccellente. Fantastiche anche le polpette, la frittura di baccalà e foglie di salvia e i crostini con il baccalà marinato, forse i migliori che ho provato.

Dietro consiglio di un'amica che vive a Venezia abbiamo pranzato in questa osteria.
Il cibo era delizioso, così come i vini e il servizio.
La posizione lo nasconde dalla grande folla di turisti, nonostante sia posizionato nelle immediate vicinanze della Stazione Ferroviaria, il che lo rende una piccola perla.
