A truly positive experience!! The place is truly beautiful and welcoming. An old-fashioned osteria. Modern dishes that respect tradition. Truly delicious food and very friendly staff. Very fair prices.

This is our second time here, having been in Montecchio for a short break. Welcoming place. Excellent food, traditional products, and dishes from the wonderful Emilia region. Excellent, very friendly service.

Absolutely sensational — we had the tartar, the gnocchi and the steak. All were beyond perfect. Some of our best food in Italy!

If you want to eat well, with convenient parking and surrounded by greenery without any noise, this is definitely the place for you. For us, it's more than just a restaurant; it's an institution and a school of taste. Chef Paolo has commendable knowledge and skill. The cuisine is definitely worth trying, and you'll definitely be back. I'm giving it a 5 because it's the best; otherwise, I'd have given it more.

The culatello? Sliced thin as a sigh, paired with golden gnocco fritto — light as a cloud. And the Lambrusco — served chilled, lively, with a rustic yet noble character — tells the story of this land better than any guidebook. The wine cellar had a thick book if Lambrusco is not your wine.
