I've rarely found such well-structured restaurants with a menu based on tradition, yet with several modern gourmet touches. From tartare to cured cured pork with licorice and passion fruit, they never forget those who love tradition, savoring everything that's most typical. The wine list and accompanying cellar are both on display in the restaurant, and are highly prized.

A very elegant and traditional location in the center of Borno. We had dinner with friends during the Palio delle Contrade and were extremely satisfied. The quality of the ingredients was excellent, the service impeccable. I've attached photos of the dishes we ordered. The wine cellar is well-stocked! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Beautiful place in the historic center of Borno. Well-kept, excellent quality, refined recipes and attentive to all food styles (vegan, vegetarian, traditional). Available for variations, kind. I highly recommend it.

12/10/2025: Excellent food and service too, the only downside is some really excessive prices, the meat is quality but some dishes are out of market and it's a shame because it loses a portion of local customers.

29/09/2025: Perfect restaurant. Courteous and welcoming owners. Absolutely top-quality food, the tagliolini with lake fish ragù are incredible. It was a delightful surprise, I'll definitely be back.
17/09/2025: Super delicious ravioli, wonderful prosecco, and tiramisu. Very friendly service too! A truly lovely garden with authentic dishes, simple and of good quality.
