I rarely write reviews, but this time I feel almost obligated. From the moment we entered, the authentic old-fashioned tavern atmosphere promised an unforgettable evening. Then came the food: I just want to mention the frico, the cod, and the gubana. All delicious. But, above all, I'd like to highlight the warm welcome and hospitality of the owner-manager, who kept us company with stories and tales of the tavern. A heartfelt thank you. We'll be back soon.

We ate very well typical Friulian cuisine

A true historic Friulian tavern. Excellent host and service. Traditional dishes.

The staff is fast and really very kind and helpful so I recommend this type of place to you, try it especially children are also allowed, the place is well kept and clean and tidy

It didn't satisfy me...neither in taste nor in the truly minimal portions.

A true old Udine tavern; it has remained authentic. It has a room with a few tables for dining. We ate really well. I had the typical Friulian ravioli and the Vicenza-style cod with toasted polenta slices. The latter was especially delicious.

Every time it's a confirmation of... everything's good!

Super welcoming atmosphere, top-notch service, and the food (the mushroom gnocchi are amazing), and the owner of the osteria is a real sweetheart. He told us he's retiring soon, so I recommend you go eat there as soon as possible.
