Wandering around the center, we decided to stop here for dinner. A very charming rustic-style restaurant with a large fireplace in the dining room. The dishes are traditional Friulian, delicious and plentiful, and the house Cabernet wine is good. The portions are generous and good. The service is prompt. Their specialty is cod, which is truly delicious. The strucchi are excellent, and even better when paired with a glass of Ramandolo!

What a lovely atmosphere at Bachero in Spilimbergo! From the fireplace to the mosaics hanging on the walls like paintings, it's an oasis of traditional cuisine, ranging from pasta with seasonal sauces to tripe (I haven't eaten tripe like this in years). Service was quick despite the crowded restaurant. Highly recommended!

Excellent village tavern where, in addition to many traditional dishes (such as tripe and stew with potatoes), the creamed cod and cod in white sauce, served in small or large portions, reigns supreme. The atmosphere is simple and rustic, with a fireplace lit in the winter. Friendly, fast staff. Fair prices. It's best to book, as it's often difficult to find a table on weekends. The restaurant has no parking, so you'll have to park outside the center and walk.

16/09/2025: We stopped by chance. The atmosphere is family-friendly, and the menu offers a decent number of courses. The ingredients and preparation are top-quality. If it's on the menu, I recommend the liver pâté with figs and toasted brioche, and the rabbit. The bread and chocolate cake is excellent. The price is in line with the quality.
16/09/2025: We found this restaurant by chance, visiting a customer who was chosen because it was on the street. It was a pleasant surprise. A Slow Food Presidium, we ate chicken liver pâté with figs and spaghetti with white duck ragù. Delicious.
