Our favorite trattoria! They specialize in cod, but there's never been anything we've tasted over the years that we haven't loved. We've even brought friends there, and they've been really happy with their discovery! :)

Bachero is located in Spilimbergo, PN. Both the cod and the tripe are excellent. I eat there every time I go to Friuli.

A historic tavern and cod temple. The ambiance has remained unchanged for decades, and rightly so: the marble and dark wood will immerse you in a timeless, convivial atmosphere, perfectly complementing the dishes for discerning palates served. A must!

22/09/2025: They treated us to a dinner at this restaurant, what can I say? Top notch. From appetizer to dessert.
02/09/2025: A real gem! A unique place, a historic villa immersed in a wonderful centuries-old park, the restaurant is a guarantee for the palate, especially the fish... top, then the head waiter does everything else. It's hard to find a place like this these days 👏🏼

04/09/2025: We stopped here for lunch during a road trip, and it was a delightful surprise! First, the kindness of the owner, who set up a table even though it was a little late, and then the good quality of the food: given the availability, we went for the mushrooms, both with excellent tagliatelle and grilled! It's a shame we were traveling, because the restaurant deserved more attention. Who knows, maybe we'll be back again soon!
